Popped in yesterday lunchtime as we'd been considering going for a while. We clearly hit a peak time as there was quite a queue to get served. Only one lady behind the bar which seemed insufficient, especially for those on their lunch breaks. It did quieten down later.Ordered the Bridge special pizza and a spaghetti bolognese. Both were excellent, especially the pizza. Perfect. Thin, well cooked base and good quality toppings. Will definately have it again. Beer selection was limited which was a bit disappointing but overall its a good experience. There was a good sized beer garden out the back. My only recommendation would be to review the staff levels at busy times.

Bella Italia have over 100 Italian restaurants across the UK serving pizza, pasta, Italian classics and more, made with ingredients from Italian-family producers.
Love Bella Italia but donât come here if you are in a hurry. The service is very slow. The food is always great quality and very tasty.I had lasagne but it was dangerously hot when served- it was bubbling like a geyser when it arrived at the table. Hubby had the Funghi al crema massive portion nicely presented.I will still come back as the staff are lovely the downside is itâs always cold in there so wear a jumper even in summer and be prepared for a long wait for food.

The restaurant offers a wonderful combination of both modern and classic Italian dishes. Our dishes are rustic, simple and delicious and are created using the best, freshest ingredients. Veneziaa aims on keeping the traditional values on the plate seven d
Saturday evening birthday treat for my husband. Warm welcome as usual. This restaurant never disappoints! We had a table for four and we ordered the garlic bread and olives to share as a starter. Then we all ordered steaks one filetto funghi, two filetto Gorgonzola and one more which I canât remember the name of but all the steaks came cooked perfectly to each individualâs liking. The steak was soft and tender. The sauces creamy and rich. The sauces can be separate if requested. The sides of mixed vegetables, sautéed potatoes and salad were delicious. Everyone cleared their plates. We ordered tiramisu for dessert which is home made. My husbands came to the table decorated with a happy birthday message and a candle even though I had not requested it, which was a nice touch. As regulars at this restaurant I can honestly say the food whatever you order is exactly the same quality and presentation on each occasion a clear sign of the high standards expected from the kitchen. Highly recommend a visit here if you would like a quality experience. Wine can be ordered by the glass or bottle and larger is on tap. We really enjoyed the evening.

We visited as quite a large group (12) for dinner. They weren't quite ready for us when we arrived so we had to wait, however there is quite a charming courtyard outside where we were able to get a drink. We were seated quite quickly. The menus reminded me more of a café than a restaurant in their feel but seemed to have something for everyone. I went for pizza which was ok but my colleagues dinners looked nicer. The staff were very good and looked after us well. All in all it was ok.

Marianna Frusciante, and her partner Paul Cookson, became the new proprietors of Pinocchioâs Italian Restaurant in 2005.This was somewhat of a homecoming, as Mariannaâs father Antonio, had first opened and ran the restaurant for three years in the 1980âs.
What a superb Italian Restaurant in a town best known for beer! I made my second and third visits this week and the food is always of a very high quality. Friendly staff, fresh I gredients cooked to order and a great choice. The chef and staff deserve at least one Michelin star! If you are anywhere near Burton you must try it.
