Been to the ringers many times and it canât get better, food is spot on and staff are friendly I cannot say a bad thing, the food was fresh and beer went down a treat especially with the customer service i felt I was with Friends, Iâll be in there every week if the wife lets me p.s she will because she loves going there for Halloumi fries

We haven't been to the sportsman's for a long time as there was a period when it seemed to be impossible to get a table. It seemed more like it had used to be when we visited last week, only one other couple eating on a Friday evening. Nice food, the pie was a generous portion and burger was nice. Be careful as food serving times are fairly restricted and you may miss them if not careful.

The restaurant came highly recommended by a friend so we visited the restaurant to celebrate my wife`s 65th birthday.The food was absolutely beautiful and the customer service from all the staff was appreciated.Special thanks goes to the wonderful Emma who despite being rushed off her feet took time to ensure all our needs were met. Will we return in the future ?, DEFINITELY.Thanks to everyone at the Verona for a great meal in a superb restaurant.What a wonderful review Rob , thank you so much its hugely appreciated and i will pass on all your lovely comments to Emma and the team.

Really excellent full of flavour food with friendly staff and good ambience. However, slightly let down by none disability friendly ladies loos. Perhaps from the old days of men only pubs, but now the downstairs loos need to be a unisex disability loo instead.Hello,Thank you for taking time to review the Pickering arms.Really pleased you enjoyed your time with us.With regards to the toilets, I will bring this up with my area manager and see if anything can be done.Thanks again.Christine, Jim and team pick.
