I made a order last night of chicken balls, curry sauce, duck and plum sauce, crispy shredded beef and Singapore fried noodles.Firstly, unfortunately they send a special rice instead of my Singapore fried rice but this not distract me from the quality and freshness of the food! The duck was lovely and moist and full of flavour. The crispy shredded beef was crispy and not soggy like most Chinese places in exmouth. The food arrived promptly and was all very hot still.I recently spent £45 at another Chinese in exmouth thatâs meant to be the best and was left disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food. But ocean garden has taken the crown in my opinion!Delivery driver was a credit to the business. He was friendly helpful and made a real change to just having someone arrive and throw food at you and put their hand out waiting for cash.
Having eaten from most of the Chinese restaurants in Exmouth, I keep coming back to this one! The food is great, and the portion sizes are generous for the price. The staff are always polite and friendly, and the wait isn't bad at all, even during busy periods.

Well try try and try again is the adage so thought I give this place a go to see if anywhere in the area can do a decent Chinese meal. Hot & sour soup that was neither hot or sour. Singapore noodles if you like thick egg noodles coated in curry power and little else, last time I checked in Singapore they were angel hair noodles with prawns, char Sui, etc. The other mains of Szechuan no peppercorn numbness no heat or hot oil pathetic attempt. The house special not even near the mark of what youâd expect. Why under the trades description act they canât take away their licenses Iâve no idea!

We only wanted something light and there we were outside this very contemporary Chinese restaurant. Shown straight to a table and ordered and the food was there in 12 minutes. Piping hot and absolutely full of flavour and well presented. Good price. The only thing that let it down for me was my pet hate....sticky tables.

We called in the early evening on our way to the Exmouth Pavilions. It was quiet but that was to be expected at that time of day. There was a good menu with plenty of choice including less-familiar dishes. Everything came fresh and hot. Good food and a friendly welcome.
