Simple, me and my friend wanted dominos. After ringing dominos up I was greeted rudely and offended when they laughed at my name. Since when was Dorris laughable? I was already appalled by this point and shocked at the lack of enthusiasm and to make fun of someone's name is appalling. Having ordered a large chicken pizza and cookies it's safe to say their oven wasn't working due to the fact our food was served lukewarm! They couldn't even deliver for no good reason! Other than the fact LAZY! Off we run with 3 kids, one of which has asthma, we collected our order. When we got back to our home, we all had a slice of pizza which was stale and tasteless. Now for the finale, we ordered the cookies which was 3 sad, burnt and bland bricks in a box. Unless you can afford new sets if teeth, don't bite into these! Overall we received rude customer service, bland tasting pizza and sad looking bricks aka the cookies. Nevertheless, it's safe to say we won't be ordering here again!

Forget that first review, she is way off. First off I am American, I love pizza and have had a lot of pizza from all places in Newmarket. Grand Pizzza pizza's are nothing like your typical kabob pizza's, which are all the same and fake, probably come frozen. These pizzas are close to Pizza Express, but these are a lot cheaper and they deliver! I ordered a 20" and it was delivered in 20 minutes, and it was huge! it was full of toppings and came with a tasty dip. My friend and I loved it, and he as lived in Newmarket for his entire life. in fact, im going to order another right now!

Iâve had only two takeaway orders from here, the first was perfect, well seasoned fresh tasting food all cooked to perfection, then only a couple of weeks later made the same order again and received an entirely less enjoyable meal that was bland.Not the lovely spiced chargrilled meat Iâd had before, also very disappointed to not get green peppers with my mixed kebab.The second time I got my mixed kebab it was sadly 90% doner meat.

Visited early lunch time. Drinks, dough balls, buffalo mozzarella, low calorie Pizza and cannoli. Service OK nothing exceptional. Food came out fairly quickly starters as expected from Pizza Express. Cannoli not a lot of taste but edible again very hot outside only warm in the centre. Pizza looked best of all the dishes but looked a slightly over cooked around the edges. On the whole a place to stop and get what expect from this branch of Pizza Express.

Absolutely amazing and friendly staff - very helpful, specially when coming with children/prams. Drinks arrived really quickly and the food 10min later. It was busy, but staff managed to be with us whenever we needed them! Iâm very impressed with the quality of service :) Food was yummy and reasonable portions. Highly recommended the place for families with kids!

Mangiare surprises as both the menu and service are excellent. The Pizza's are great and the wine list good. The restaurant is run by Polish and Lithuanians with not Italian in sight. However this appears to be a plus rather than a negative ie: you do not pay for the knife and the fork.
