Ate here as a gang of 6; 2 Mums, 2 Kids, 2 Dad. The place was busy and service good with parking close by in the Long Stay Car Park (Free on Sundayâs). There were Motherâs Day and Childrenâs Menus which appeared to be good value and gluten free options for the Coeliac members of our family. My Barbacoa Pizza was superb and with a dish of Olives and Italian beer was all I needed. My wife had Pollo Pesto which looked unappetising but she said it was tasty and polished it off. The children really enjoyed their menu which was the GF version of the standard one. The others had Pizzas and Sweets which they also enjoyed. On the the whole it was very good. There was a minor hiccup as we were charged for Coleslaw that we didnât have.

What sets Basili.co apart is that we're truly Neapolitan. Our aim is to provide great quality, authentic Italian food at sensible prices. We focus on the basics of the Italian Ingredients choosing, the best. This is the reason why Basili.co is Genuinely d
I can't speak highly enough of Gennaro and his wonderful team. This is the finest pizza you will eat outside of Italy. In fact you would be pressed to find one as good in Italy.I went simple with a Napoli pizza and significant other had the lasagne. Both were stunning but what really makes the evening is the enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff. I felt like a guest in thier home. In a town like Dorchester where service is often poor, Basilico excel. If you are looking to eat out tonight don't look anywhere else, phone Basilico and book a table. Go on..... Do it now!

At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We donât do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. Weâre all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Situated within the beautiful old Dorchest
On what was a busy evening in the restaurant we were made to feel like individuals. I know that this is a team effort but for front of house service Cat deserves a special mention for her enthusiasm, hard work, energy and cheerfulness. Although this is a large chain the Dorchester branch really do a great job in making it feel special.

After several attempts to get in, finally made it. A thouroughly enjoyable evening with excellent food and service. Four different meals were faultless and the recommended wine was excellent. Something for everyone on the menu and slight variations to the ordered dish were easily acommodated. A small and intimate venue which is very popular and therefore booking is essential.Lovely feedback. We are so pleased you had a great dining experience with us. Hope to see you again soon.

We went here on a weekday, restaurant was not full. Welcomed by an older lady who guided us to the basement. Interesting atmosphere with Michelangelo wall paintings combined with yellow/red/blue lightning . Popular background music, not Italian unfortunately. Extensive menu. The avocado with prawns starter was disappointing. Very small prawns (probably shrimps) as well as overloaded with cocktail sauce which doesnât do good to the avocado nor the shrimps. The scallops on the other side of the table were excellent. The mains tasted very good. What made the evening less enjoyable for us was the tension between the two ladies serving us. The young lady did her best but obviously had to deal with the older lady who licked her fingers while serving plates and was unable to deliver hot drinks without spilling. Our advise: let the young girl run the restaurant and keep the old woman behind the bar.
