I'm usually not the kind of person to write a negative review of places I've eaten, however given I could have become sick I think it is warranted.I tried the Italian next door previously and the food was delicious, I had the same expectation for the Fish and Chips here. When plated up the food looked fantastic, golden, crispy battered fish with Chips that were freshly cooked.I left happy with the experience. Upon cutting into the fish I had a terrible smell of ammonia. A quick google search indicates this smell is associated with bad fish.I threw the fish away. This may be a one off, because the rest of the food was fine, but I don't think I'll be able to eat here again.

Went her recently on a Groupon. Limited choose, but very good value. We plan to return to choose from the chef's recommended board, which looks fabulous. The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated, you feel like you are in Italy. Staff very friendly and you can park over the road for £1 or free after 7.30.

Bella Italia have over 100 Italian restaurants across the UK serving pizza, pasta, Italian classics and more, made with ingredients from Italian-family producers.
Couldnt decide which of the local Cafes we should go to this morning so we had a toss up between The Royal Tiger & Bella Italia Bently bridge, Guess who won, Bella, Although the food was very nice, it could do with being a lot warmer, infact min serving temperature should be + 70° for at least 4 minutes, unfortunately our breakfast wasnt, I assume you cook the items them hot hold them in some kind of baine marrie, hot holding temperature as you are well aware of is different to serving temperature, well I hope your cooks, I wont call the chefs, either cant be bothered to Temp check them or they dont know the difference between the two temps, i will give them one thing, they do know how to cook a poached egg, they were perfect, 100% .Not many can poach eggs like those, Other than that we did enjoy it even if it was cool, Bacon slightly undercooked and fatty, beans good, tomato fair, ciabatta good, sausages good quality but cool also, glad to see they wasnt deep fried, like many places cook them,Tea, decent size pot, 2.5 cups in a pot, decent size orange, Will call in again when in area, but please heat things up a bit more, as you're well aware cool food causes bacteria to grow. Hence the serving temperature is set to 70° by the food standards agency for a reason..

Rosso e Nero offers the finest of Italian cuisine in elegant and comfortable surrounding, where you will always be guaranteed a warm & friendly welcome whether it's a spot of lunch, pre - theatre meal, a family gathering or a romantic dinner we can offer
You get a nice friendly welcome,it is a good place to sit, our service was at a reasonable pace even though the restaurant was full by the time we left. The food divided opinion to some degree, one good starter one average, the mains were supposed to be chicken breast but there was a bone, and one was the colour of seafood sauce which was not very appealing but it did taste OK, the desert was good. The bill was reasonable for what we had, and we would definitely go back, but not for the same main.

This restaurant is run by a family of Italians from Walsall and their English off springs, you will not only get one of the best steaks available in the area but the pasta dishes are also of a high standard there is a constant flow of customers for the pizza shop next door also run by the family. So if you find yourself in Wolverhampton this is one of the few places youâll find good food. Meat, fish.pasta. Itâs all here

Italian restaurant serving Italian food with Southern influence. We are a private family restaurant, not attached to any other restaurant in the area. We aim to provide high standard and friendly service, with good family recipe.
Heard a lot about this restaurant and decided to book. The restaurant was extremely busy and we booked for early evening. When we arrived it was already full but weâre swiftly shown to our table upstairs. The table was lovely and overlooking the canal. We were told the table was only booked for two hours however we had a three course meal and no sooner was our starter taken but the main meal was arriving. Likewise with the dessert where we were asked twice before we actually ordered. This was a delay on my part to slow the meal down a little. It all seemed a little rushed for me. Our meal was ok! My lasagne in fact was really strange came out in almost like a dish full of tomato sauce. My hubby had salmon which looked really nice! Glad we went but would I be in a rush to go back probable not!
