We headed here as a last minute booking for a birthday treat. The restaurant was quiet with only a couple of tables and 1 waitress serving, however the waitress was pleasant and very attentive throughout.The drinks and food arrived promptly and was all lovely.We had a couple of queries regarding dietary requirements and it was extremely refreshing to see that the waitress could easily look up our questions in a concise guide that was to hand, this reassured us that Pizza Express have taken Food Safety seriously.All in all we had a great meal and would happily go back!TIP: Always check the website or app as we saved a small fortune by grabbing the 2/3 course sent menu voucher available at the time.

Two of us ate lunch, dough balls to start, pasta, polenta fries and pizza for mains. Staff very friendly. Used Tesco vouchers. Restaurant was very busy and noisy. Food served very quickly. We love the freshness, quality ingredients and authentic taste of these gorgeous pizzas! Seriously - several cuts above anything else you can buy in the area. Our young Italian nephews and niece sampled them and even proclaimed them to be the best pizza theyâd ever tasted in England... high praise indeed!

Situated in a lovely rural setting, this pub/restaurant makes you feel calm and relaxed as soon as you walk through the door, where a warm welcome awaits. There's just no rush whatsoever in being shown to your table and choosing your meal from the lovely range available on the menu. Service is brilliant from the Italian owners and the menu is also predominantly Italian. The sweet trolley is to die for, being so difficult to choose from such a wide variety of superb desserts. Choice of real ales could be better. Quality of food is wonderful, which is reflected in the price. Overall, a lovely place to dine.

Not been here for years. No idea why as this is such a charming restaurant. Itâs been there for 38 years ! The food is delicious and a fresh as you can get. Itâs authentic, hot and served with style. Baked Brie, well thatâs enough to serve two! Superb. Vegetarian cannelloni full of perfectly cooked vegetables topped with a gorgeous sauce. Thereâs still a desert trolley wheeled to toy table with a great choice. Bonoffi pie, home made, scrumptious and served at the table. The staff are lovely, attentive but not in your face. Will definitely be going back.
