Came here for breakfast after seeing all the amazing reviews expecting something out of this world but left feeling a little underwhelmed if Iâm honest. Sausages and bacon were undercooked and it had no atmosphere. On the positive prices were good and there were lovely views, waiter also very friendly, but I wouldnât rush back. I didn't plan to be in Thornton but I had some business here and feeling hungry wandered in.... An extensive menu but all I fancied was a cheese salad sandwich and a latte... Both extremely tasty I would definitely recommend a visit... Warm friendly and clean thank you x

This place has has an excellent atmosphere, friendly welcoming staff and outstanding delious food served in generous portions, the apple crumble is especially outstanding, the place is comfortable and spacious and I enjoyed every part of my visit (they have an excellent extensive cocktail menu that I unfortunately couldn't try due to medication) don't be put off by the road works in mytholmroyd this place is worth getting through the traffic problems, definitely worth a visit and they have a great early doors menu also

Loved it. Itâs a totally gluten-free restaurant so handy if you have a gluten intolerance/allergy. We donât and booked because it looked so lovely with excellent reviews. We werenât disappointed at all. The food was so good and very generous portions...beware! The summer salad was just the most delicious salad Iâve had in a long time. The goatâs cheese and wild mushroom tart is heavenly, I could eat that every day! Will definitely book to eat here again when visiting Leeds, a really gem.

Well itâs not often that I use Wakefield Kirkgate Station but when I do I will get there early !!!This cafe is the absolute best cafe that I have eaten at in sometime. The coffee is exquisite, the back sandwich is the best I have had in years. Great ingredients, clean, comfortable and with excellent service.An absolute gem !!!!

After Visiting Smak last night I had to right a review, I found this hidden independent restaurant on TripAdvisor and noticed the amazing reviews! We went to celebrate my polish friends birthday, the staff were brilliant recommending dishes and making my friends birthday feel like a special occasion.
