The place does not fill you with confidence, the shop was empty when we ordered and the guy behind the counter was friendly but didn't really seem to fully understand our order. Anyway we returned half an hour later and the place was still empty, took our food home fearing the worst but in fact it was perfectly OK, had much better but not the worst by a long way.

Traditional Indian Restaurant with capacity of 34 covers locaTed in a Teignmouth town centre. We provide great variety of indian meat and vegeterian dishes and great selection of gluten free and nuts free
Really good food with a nice flavour combinations. Everything was good.. right from the Naan bread to the side dishes. Can't fault the food. The service was very friendly and you are made to feel welcome. The venue does cash only which maybe a problem for some but there is a cash point round the corner at the coop. Parking is not a problem and after 6pm certain spaces are free and are within a few minutes walking distance.Would highly recommend.

Definitely the best Asian restaurant and possibly the best restaurant in our part of the world. Small in size (so book early) but big in every other respect. Big portions too... came home with a few doggie bags. Definitely recommended.

Five of us ordered a takeaway meal, and service from start to finish was perfect. The meal was ready for collection on time, and some of our group said it was the best indian food they had tasted. We had samosas, Gurkhali chicken, goat with potatoes, garlic and chilli lamb (very hot), Chicken tikka masala and a vegetarian biryani. We also had side orders of naan, spinach and potatoes, Bombay potatoes, rice and dahl. The meal was presentred with various dips and chutneys, and was prfect in every sense. The portions were extremely generous and all meals absolutely delicious, and excellent value,
