Reviews on Chinese food in Seaham, England, United Kingdom. Seaham, formerly Seaham Harbour, is a small town in County Durham, situated 6 miles (9.7 km) south of Sunderland and 13 miles (21 km) east of Durham. It has a small parish church, St Mary the Virgin, with a late 7th century Anglo Saxon nave resembling the church at Escomb in many respects. St Mary the Virgin is one of the 20 oldest surviving churches in the UK. Seaham is currently twinned with the German town of Gerlingen.

Piping hot food with loads of chicken in all the chicken dishes. Too much to eat! Very tasty, so left overs for the next days lunch, and it was still tasty! Will go there again. Delicious.

A no frills little restaurant if you drove past you would see queues of people being served (and very quickly to). The food is authentic, the owner having spent many years out Far East with his Malaysian wife (I think). The food is delicious with a great choice, and not to expensive too. It is eat all you want for a set price, and believe me a couple of platefuls of different food will suffice anyone. There is plenty of room for parking on surrounding streets.

Ordered a takeaway from this place. When we got it part of order was missing. The ribs were ok, mini spring rolls weren't crispy and the wong tongs didn't taste nice. When it came to the main meals both were very tasteless. Which one of the meals was a curry.

Had a lovely meal and was pleasantly surprised, the premesis isn't that attractive but I enjoyed the meal, good selection on the menu so it shows that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover
Good food overall. You always get plenty of meat which is not the case with some Chinese take outs. I have been going here for years and have rarely had a disappointing meal.
