Tried this Chinese takeaway as got details on Just Eat was told an 1hr to be delivered. Had to phone them after 90 mins as not arrived to be told it was out for delivery and would be 10 mins. Another 20 mins later had to call again as still not here and it eventually arrived 2 hours from the order time and food was bearly warm. Shame as food is tasty but if you want to succeed as a business you need to get your service sorted!!!!

The new name for The Magic Wok operating out of the same premises. The telephone ordering service has certainly improved and is less fraught than previously. The food arrived piping hot and well within the expected time quoted. Might be our imagination, but we fell Ho Chak are using less additives, as the usual after effects were not experienced on those occasions we have used them recently. Well worth trying if you were disappointed by The Magic Wok.

The best all rounder chinese in Dunsable. Recommend the Szcheuan Chicken (proper dish not chunks of chicken floating in sauce) and the Crispy Shredded Chilli Beef, beautiful! Also reaosnably priced and good service.

Came here on the 22nd of June with friends for her birthday meal. Door opened for us on arrival and shown to table. Service was fantastic, never empty glasses. Food was equally good. All served hot and in good time. Highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff including the kitchen staff for our lovely food and service. I will be returning âº

Came here in March 2018, and it was ST PATRICK'S SATURDAY NIGHT around 7pm, we got here and parked up, a bit of a pain for parking?? outside. But it was snowing and was Cold, got sat down and sitting by front window and heaters not on, just warm. so they turned up the heating. Got our drinks ordered and starters, as we all having ALL YOU CAN EAT!! Where the food was really good, even the smoked chicken. The Duck and pancakes were good aswell, the hoi sin sauce pukka, Lovely couple, should be looking at retiring , but look so much dedicated to there place. Down stairs shut off, so there's about 8-9 tables, of 4, in there. quiet night, go here I would suggest..

Ordered for 4 people tonight, phone constantly engaged, eventually got through, placed the order and was told very busy deliveryâs about 1 and a half hours, ok. I waited and waited, 90 minutes later, still no delivery, called, constant engaged, eventually got through, and was told 10 minutes, yes, it arrived and as an apology 2 bottles of Coke and £4.0 off the menu, the food was piping hot and very large portions, piping hot and utterly delicious, shredded chilli beef and prawns in onion and ginger excellent, very reasonable price, next time Iâll order the day before.
