Such a friendly welcoming restaurant, the food was amazing . Highly recommend to vegetarians . Very tasty and wide variety of dishes . The staff were so helpful and friendly, even to the point of complementary drinks and a birthday cake presented when they found out it was a member of the groups birthday. Huge thank you for making this visit so special Highly recommend and will be returning

Absolutely lovely food. Generous sized portions, fairly priced. We shared a halloumi starter, and had a main course each. The lamb baba ganoosh and shish was beautiful. The sauces and salads that accompanied it were lovely. Nice atmosphere and really helpful, friendly waiter. Thankyou for a nice dining experience. X

Excellent service, very helpful and friendly. Felt welcomed and comfortable, even though we were the only ones there late on a week night. Food was great, meat was cooked perfectly, tasty and succulent. Rice, salads, bread and hummus and chilli sauce all great too. Large menu with lots of choice.

Booking a must - arrived 5.30 on a Sat evening and tables were already reserved. Was offered a garden table, which was covered, they brought blankets and there was outside heating.Waiter was extremely helping with suggestions - ended up with 5 mezzo plates to share.Humus & meat - humus topped with very tender cubes of lamb, tabouleh salad, potato kibbeh - Little potato parcels with mincemeat, arrayes - flatbread filled with spicy mincemeat and sweet patata harra - cubes of sweet potato with garlic and chilli. Washed down with labneh - a salty yoghurt drink.Food was so tasty, something really different and would totally recommend - donât forget to book though! Will definitely be back

Kadirâs Indian Street Food is a not your typical Indian Restaurant. Based in the heart of Southsea, the food at Kadirâs is simple yet remarkable. Made from high quality ingredients, cooked earnestly and offered in a considered and regularly changing menu
Ordered a Chicken Tikka Massala and Prawn Kurma with a Pilau rice as a takeaway. First the good, the food quality was great, taste was delicious and even the rice was fragrant and delicious. However, the chicken tikka masala was extremely red due to food colouring and the rice was very small. For £3.25 I have to say I felt ripped off with a portion of rice that wouldn't even satisfy one person. Most restaurants would give a quantity enough for 2.Good food, normal issues. If cost isn't an issue and you don't mind food colouring, 100% recommended!
