Beautiful meal out with friends. We had a range of starters from the a la carter answered specials menu. Stand out dishes were the spiced whipped goats cheese starter and the salmon wrapped in filo pastry. The portions are huge so there was room for pud. With a descendent and reasonably priced wine list this restaurant is a little gem. Fabulous food and amazing staff. Love it

We came here recently after a long time away from the restaurant. we were here for lunch. It was amazingly busy but service was good. We had bruschetta to start which were really good - well topped and very tasty. My main course was linguini pescatore which was large and well prepared. The only problem was that is was swimming in oil - far too much for me but maybe others like it that way.

Just had a meal today. .. the food was great but the owner through our cutlery at us, and was very rude to say the least, never will I go back, nicos taberna next door isuppliers far friendlier, ,, feel sorry for the staff, as the food was excellent, but that doesn't compensate for the rude bloke who served us,

First time at this restaurant and the food did not disappoint. Lots on the menu and very tasty. The service was average. The decor was nice.

We are an authentic Italian restaurant in Morpeth which offers a traditional style of cooking. We have fully refurbished our first floor restaurant site and offer comfortable, welcoming surroundings where we showcase artwork by artist Nick Banks. At Primo
Went with family, early evening. Ordered off the main menu rather than the 3 course special. Excellent service and food was great. Don't order the mixed grill unless you're really hungry. It was huge!!! Belly pork & black pudding starter was amazing as was the vulcano chicken main course. 4 adults all having starters, main courses and a couple of drinks was just under £130 which we thought quite reasonable. Will definitely be back.
