Average food, limited vegetarian options for someone who does not like mushrooms.£5.99 for a mocktail is way too expensive and the garlic bread pizza base was hard.

We ordered two appitizers, bruschetta, cheese mushrooms and calamari...I have never seen such pathetic looking bruschetta in my life. It had little half cut bud tomatoes with a sliver of cheese, almost invisible. Pesto dribbled on the side of the plate. See photo. NO GARLIC to be seen on the bread. Who puts pesto on bruschetta?? OR WHOLE, HALVED sliced up bed tomatoes??? It looked and tasted like am attempt to be creative, gone dreadfully wrong. IF you could even cut into the stale, stone hard bread!Get with it guys, bruschetta is bruschetta, is bruschetta!! Go to Italy and learn how to make it!The mushroom thing, was slightly better, although it severely lacked salt. It was bland. Same rock hard bread too!The calamari was fine. The bill was £28......Please, this is a middle of the road pasta house!

Visited with family as small birthday treat. Booked ahead and was offered a choice of several tables when we arrived. Drinks order taken in good time and we were allowed ample time to select meals.Really enjoyed the starters and tables cleared straight away. All the mains were good and staff were pleasant and very helpful when we needed them. Quite busy and couple of small parties in. All coped with well.Used up some Tesco vouchers with no trouble at all. Really enjoyed visit and would go again.

Weâve been twice here in the last two months. As a group and a couple. On both occasions the staff have been friendly, efficient and food excellent. The early evening menu is excellent value, I really donât know why anyone would think otherwise. We will be back.

Came with my girlfriend and friends for a meal last night. First impressions werent good, frantic staff running around and not one acknowledgment we were waiting or had just arrived. Food was average at best, loaded fries were tiny, garlic bread and cheese was just about melted. Very expensive for what you actually get. Looked very understaffed. Probably wont be returning any time soon.
