My wife, her cousin and I stopped in for lunch on Sunday, and despite not having any reservation, were shown immediately to a table. We were very impressed by the décor, lovely atmosphere and super-efficient friendly staff. The lunches were perfectly prepared and served within a very short time of placing our orders.Excellent service by Priscilla and we can highly recommend a visit to Miller & Carter at Hockley Heath.Hello! Met up at Firejacks with friends for a birthday party and were made to feel special throughout the whole evening. Fantastic menu choice - delicious food that was beautifully presented - brilliant atmosphere with just the right level of music and a "buzz" to the place - and our waitress was AMAZING! We had a 4 month old baby with us as part of the group and we were really nervous about crying and the noise to other diners - but fortunately little one didn't even murmur - so we had plenty of time to catch up with each other and nothing was too much trouble for Aga the waitress - it really made the evening and she was a great ambassador of the brand. My steak was just brilliant and my friends ribs were the best he had eaten he said - and he is a chef - so that speaks volumes. Highly recommended - and if you are lucky you might get Aga as your waitress and have the best evening ever. Brilliant 10/10

The restaurant is really nice and first impressions were great. Busy and nice atmosphere. Nice bar for a pre dinner drink. Our table took a few minutes prepare which wasnât an issue (we booked ahead). We went to the bar and was served by the most unpleasant lady, she was just awful. No smile, when we asked what Gins were available, she just pointed and said âtheseâ, we couldnât see what was on offer and we asked again and she actually huffed. She then said she had no gin glasses and when we asked if she could find some she actually said âno thatâs all Iâve got, youâll have to have theseâ. We ordered a bottle of wine and she gave us small white wine glasses. When I asked if I could have a bigger glass again she said this is all Iâve got (really canât be that hard to offer customers proper Red Wine glasses when your charging these prices). The food was terrible, the wings were tasteless, scrawny and didnât smell nice, I only ate one. The bread which was described as having potato on it and had none. The steaks are expensive, £26 for rib eye and were just bad (filet approaching £30). The waiter got the order all wrong and we ended up swapping plates around. One of our party sent hers back(we all should have followed suit), the rest of us ate about half. The steaks were tough and chewy and had no taste (couldnât taste any seasoning), Iâve eaten a lot of steaks and these were really not good. Small portion of oven type chips accompanied, everything else is extra. The most awful Churros were served for desert, greasy and thin and not cooked properly, we sent them back. No one checked how the food was throughout our meal. The worst meal Iâve had in a long time, expensive and wonât be back. Try Miller and Carter, itâs much better quality and value.Dear MJGUK,Thank you for choosing Fiesta, and for taking the time to give us your feedback. We're sorry to hear you didn't have a pleasant experience, as almost all our guests do, and would like to learn more so we can investigate the issues you encountered.Kindle email [email protected] with full details of your visit, including date, time, and the name your booking was made under.
