Called in for the lunchtime special, £10.95 for 2 courses or Main and a drink. the food was very good, freshly prepared and very tasty, the mussels in a ragu was excellent, the penne chicken and mushrooms also very good. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had only 20 minutes to order and eat, the staff were brilliant at turning my order around quickly (on a Tuesday). The lemon chicken wings & polenta chips were great and piping hot. Thanks so much!

Tried this restaurant for the first time asit got great reviews as a family friendly eatery. Unfortunately our table was located just 3 feet from the 2nd pair of glass double doors to the outside which meant within 2 minutes we were subjected to the overwhelming second hand smoke coming from diners who huddled outside the door puffing away. There was a space between the doors and the breeze just brought the smoke directly in to our table, and each time the door opened it was worse. We immediately asked our waitress to aak the smokers to move outside to the street...which she did yet only a few listened. 3 days later 2 of us are struggling to breath with terrible chest infections. 2nd hand smoke is illegal and the restaurant should have been firmer with the smokers.On top of that each of our meals were disappointingly bland. Our garlic mushroom pizza sounded amazing yet had very few mushrooms, no garlic flavor and was covered in greens...a salad on crust!you'll see that I haven't really posted any negative reviews as I think that there are always positives to be found...but this place was the biggest waste of money for us. I would absolutely say if you like tour food with flavour then avoid this place.

Since having new owners and a refurb this is a fantastic hidden gem. Great night, always a great atmosphere. Prices are what you would pay anywhere, blood orange sunset g&tâs a perfect way to end a night. Not sure about the review below and the Rio off lager top. I often have this and have never paid for the bottle of lemonade, the bar staff will open one and top my drink but never charge me for it. KEEP IT UP GUYS!!
