I never complain about Prezzo but I have to honest on this occasion because I found the after service when I attempted to return my inedible food a complete disaster when the waitress showed zero empathy at my plight.Bridgwater Prezzo is totally off my radar

12 of us went there for a birthday celebration and the food was lovely. All of our food came out hot and at the same time, although the desserts were rather staggered. There is an extensive menu which caters for all dietary requirements, the restaurant also has a lovely atmosphere. Yes it is a bit dated but with excellent food, a chilled atmosphere and cleanliness I really think a bit of peeling paint is anything to worry about. If you want a quick meal this isn't the place for you as service was very slow, personally this is a plus point for me as it really was lovely to have a relaxing meal without waiting staff rushing you to pay the bill and leave as soon as you put your fork down.I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone and will be a regular customer from now on.

Lovely child friendly atmosphere, good food, great place to meet friends for a cup of tea or coffee. Food freshly cookes, veg/vegan friendly. Situated by the canal so would be very pleasant to sit outside in the warm weather. Would recommend.
