Find out what Fast Food restaurants to try in Cheltenham. Cheltenham was just your average, sleepy town until the discovery of a spring in 1716, after which it became Britain's most popular spa town. (Like Palm Springs without the casinos.) Local Cheltonians have a reputation for being wealthy and respectable, and a walk along the Promenade will give you a first-class view of their wonderful houses, shops and gardens. After taking in the waters at the Pittville Pump Room (great name for a spa), check out the Art Gallery and Museum to learn about the social history of Cheltenham.

Hungry and just arrived in Cheltenham, the falafel king was the first place we saw, where I would definitely find something I could eat. A friendly faced man quickly came to welcome us. Quickly, we were fetched drinks. Good coffee is served here. Nice and strong. I had a falafel pita packed with salad. Delicious warm fat falafels with pickle, red cabbage and lots of carrot with a thick spread of hummus. Itâs very rare I struggle to finish food, but my pita and a side of fries nearly defeated me. My partner had a wrap version in the same snack with cheese chips. These both with a drink each came to about twenty quid. Twenty quid well spent. Cheltenham has become great for places for vegan food. This is the one to come to if you are in a hurry.

A regular weekly take away for me. Really the best fish and chips, always a smile from the staff and good service.

ALL FOOD IS COOKED BY HUMANS, if we have made a mistake, please tell us and see if we can rectify it before writing a review. Very much appreciated, Thankyou! UK WINNER of the National Fish and Chip Shop of the Year Competition 2016.
This is the third time we have been to Simpsons. It's that good that we travel all the way from Bicester for the best fish and chips anywhere. Excellent value for OAP's, The lunch includes all the tea and coffee you want. Cannot fault the food, service or surroundings. Just a shame its a 100 mile round journey for us. If ever you have overseas visitors who want to sample real fish & chips, this is the place to take them.
