Established in 1985 and serving traditional Italian food of high quality at competitive prices, situated in Ripon's oldest street Kirkgate. This grade 2 listed building is the home of the city first and longest established restaurant with dining area over
After an unfruitful day at the races we arrived for our table pre-booked and were shown to it by mine host. The menu is VERY extensive and not over-priced either. A good selection of specials on the board too.Young friendly and very efficient staff whilst not being over attentive and bothersome. The food was to die for. We and our friends have eaten together all over Europe at some extremely good and reputable establishments. In the words of our friends: âquite possibly the best Italian weâve eaten anywhereâ. Now that says it all.I can not recommend it highly enough.Hello and buon giorno Really sorry you didnât have much luck at the races :(( but hopefully we made your day a little bit more enjoyable Thank you very much for taking the time to post your heartwarming review We hope to see you again soon and better luck with the Gigis next time kind tegards Franco

Went for steak and mushroom pudding. Contents limited and chewy, with pudding hard. Mustard and chive mash was very poor. Tasted like a cheap French mustard. I could not eat. Don't know if they have more than one chef as last visit was good. My wife's Risotto was very bland. This caravan site is gorgeous and tranquil although their restaurant requires changes.
