Visited this Indian restaurant whilst on holiday in CleethorpesThe meal was ok but we have had a lot better from take-aways.I was a bit disappointed to see a member of the bar staff putting ice in our soft drink with his bare hands,should use a scoop or pinsers. The decor is a bit tired & needs a paint & re-furb over the winter months

Do not order thru just eat and a take away with this restaurant they donât care about customers at all. All they want is your money.I ordered thru just eat but didnât get any confirmation so rang them and was told no order do it again and slammed the phone down on me.Foolishly I did order again and was then contacted to cancel and order which just eat app wouldnât let me do. Anyway they did. On the second order I got 10% discount from just eat that they refused to honour. Delivery is free within 3 miles but I was charged and told to ring the restaurant to get this back.I rang them and eligibly spoke to the manager to be told no refund you ordered thru just eat so you knew what you were paying tough and put the phone down.I was a regular customer but after this experience I will never give them my money again.You are not a customer just a wallet to these people.Thank you very much for your review Mr Cooper Firstly when you rang the Restaurant to confirm your order with us, we didn't receive any order which was confirmed to you and you said you are going to try again and the line went dead, after 5 minutes or so 2 orders came out exactly the same and we contacted you to cancel one, but you kept saying the App wont let you do it. we cancelled the order from our side and you received one order with 20% discount of £5.68 JE voucher discount £2,47. just eat charges the delivery by postcode not by distance and when you placed your order you must have agreed to the delivery charges otherwise they wouldn't accept your order. we explained on the phone that its free 3 miles delivery if you directly order with the Restaurant. you mentioned you are a regular customer and you will not spend your money and you are are just a wallet ........but you have forgot to mention how you screamed at the driver to take the delivery charges off, slammed the door on his face, than rang the restaurant and screamed at the Manager, using offensive language which i wont mention on here to take ourselves to your level.we take negative comments in the public forums very seriously and looking at the facts, our replies are made accordingly. We enjoy all our ratings of "excellent" or "very good" in all public forums and guest reviews and are extremely proud of our unique team and well acclaimed services.

Best Indian takeaway in town. We have had several takeaways from here and have had various dishes off the menu and they have never been anything other than fabulous. Staff are always extremely polite and friendly. Keep up the great work!
