Went here for a birthday meal for myself and a friend and it was perfect. Staff were amazing and professional. Will definately he eating here again. This isnât my first visit to the Ladybridge, but Iâm not sure I could ever return.I must say I think on the day of our latest visit Sat October 26th the restaurant was woefully understaffed.Therefor the staff on duty were absolutely run off their feet.We entered the restaurant and were shown to our table. Our drinks order was taken, the drinks arrived. â We then made our food order, this again arrived ok. The food tasted good. The early menu with the 5 @ £5.00 is amazing value. â We didnât have any salt & pepper pots on our table, I had to walk around the restaurant to try and locate some. âWe finished our mains, my daughter had order a sweet, this was brought to our table, and left. My daughter had to switch places and chairs to eat it, because if you see our included picture the waitress didnât clear our plates. The table wasnât big enough. My daughter then informed me that she didnât have a spoon to eat the sweet with. Again I canât find any staff, so I had to look for a spoon, opening drawers and cupboards in the restaurant. Finally finding one, but my daughters custard and pudding by now was cold. âWe then waited what seemed like an eternity to get the bill. On the bill I noticed we had been charged for bottomless soft drinks without being told this, so we only had the first drink âOnce we had paid our bill and left. I noticed new signage in the car park that wasnât there on our previous visit. APNR cameras have been fitted, Iâve no problem with this, but think the staff should have mentioned it on entering the restaurant. If I hadnât seen it than I would certainly have received a parking fine. â

Visited for the first time yesterday as had a 20% off Sizzling Pubs. Probably won't go again. Ordered kids meal for £4.99. Kids chose the cheese and tomato pizza. It was totally inedible like cardboard and very poor quality- get better from Aldi for 49p. Came with a side salad that no child of 2 would choose to eat anyway, but was dried out and looked awful. Had to send back. Adults meals were very average... Some poor quality others a little better.
