Visited for a friends birthday recently, whilst they couldn't accommodate our request to sit downstairs, they went the extra mile for making her feel special. Food was good although I do think it can get a bit pricey once you've added on sides. Service was good although at times difficult to flag someone down to order extra drinks/get bill etc

We had a lovely experience at this restaurant. We ordered the sharing burger platter and it was so yummy and more than enough for 4 of us. The normal chips and sweet potato fries and onion rings were allLovely crispy and fluffy inside and tasty. We mentioned it was our daughter birthday and when I took her to the bathroom they offered a free brownie. They brought it out with a sparkler she loved it. The brownie was warm and to tasty without being sickly sweet. We ordered tap water which came with dry ice, which the kids were mesmerised by. Wonderful experience.

We met some friends for dinner one Sunday evening. The food was OK - nothing special at all. The waiter was friendly (although needed to have a mint after his smoke break). However our lasting impression was how grubby and in some places simply dirty it was. From the walls next to our table, the carpet and seating stains, through to the filthy toilets. Clearly there is no management checks in the toilets regarding to every day cleaning.
