We popped in for lunch and had a ham toastie and a cheese and onion toastie, both of which were made with great ingredients, particularly the moist, tasty ham. Both were served with plenty of crisps and tomatoes. Simple, but quality ingredients. The coffees were also good and a good selection of cakes.Super! Thank you for taking the time to leave a reviewHopefully, we will see you again next time you are in the area!

I come here with my 11 month old and my friends and their kids at least once a week. Serenity Bean is my small haven where the children can play in the safe play room upstairs while I have a coffee and a bite to eat! The pricing is very fair and the quality of the coffee and food is second to none. I love that the place is eco-friendly as well. The spicy rarebit (darebit) and the brownie are must tries! Nothing is too much bother for the lovely lady that runs it.

Really quirky café, which relates the story of the Bailey and Barnum 'Worlds Greatest Show'. We happened upon the tea shop by the sign at the end of the courtyard, otherwise we would have missed the very pleasant experience of eating freshly made sandwiches whilst bringing back childhood memories seeing toys and games of the 50s. The room has a red and white striped canopy on the ceiling and the tables are covered with posters relating to the Bailey and Burnum story. Packs of 'old maid' and 'happy families' playing cards, wooden whistles and metal gazoos together with 'cats cradle' and 'hop scotch' games all on display for purchase, along with many more games and books of years ago. The service was very good and the food was excellent. The ambience was memory provoking, helped along with the scratchy sound of music from the '30s through to the '50s. There's also tables in the courtyard for eating al fresco. The visit made for a very pleasant break from our journey from south wales to Staffordshire. y
