After reading all the reviews we were really excited to go here for lunch.....and it did not disappoint! Amazing food and wonderful service. It was lovely to enjoy the food outside in the sun. It was so good weâve already booked to go back again later in the week!

I remember Deep Blue from....well, many years ago when I grew up in Horsham. Visiting Horsham for a couple of hours, I passed Colletts Alley, smelt the fish and chips aroma, and called in for a portion of chips.Service was quick and the price was reasonable. My chips were lovely, although I personally prefer them slightly more crispy, but thatâs just my personal preference. Not sure about the large wheelie bin in the corner of the takeaway section as I stayed there to eat my chips, but everywhere looked clean.

We are real foodies and we took my sister to the restaurant as a thank you. She is good cook but not a foodie. We all loved it. We had the 19 course tasting menu which consisted of a wonderful array of small dishes using locally ( in the gardens!) sourced and often foraged food stuffs. The flavours and presentation were exemplary. It reminded me of lâenclume. There was background music which I didnât like but the staff were lovely and it was such a treat.Dear weltravelledofSussex,Thank you very much for your review and kind words, we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us.We are very proud of the dining experience we offer and are incredibly grateful to hear you enjoyed your evening with us.
