A little bit of Italy in the middle of Norfolk. Italian food at its finest, made in front of you. The Pizza and Pasta is spectacular, yet the prices are amazing and affordable to all.Leave room for dessert!, The finest Italian Gelato (ice cream), Tiramisu

We visited as a family group during a stay in Norfolk. We had heard good reports of the food and in that respect we weren't disappointed. However, The service has to be the worst I have experienced in a very long time. To summarise: - two members of our group arrived a little late. They ordered drinks which came only after reminding the staff- one of our group spilt her wine. We asked a member of staff if they would wipe it up. After waiting some time we had to ask another member of staff- I ordered another drink and they brought the wrong one- One of the starters was wrong and had to be changed- one of the main courses was wrong and my wife had to wait for the right thing to be cooked. The waitress apologised and offered to bring her a drink. This never arrived and I had to ask someone else for it- people arrived (who may have been the owners) along with two dogs that were allowed to run around the restaurant. The waiting sattf then began to handle the dogs - making a fuss of them. I didn't see them wash their hands afterwards.It is such a shame that the skills of the staff in the kitchen were let down by the very poor service provided by the waiting staff. Some extensive and urgent traing is needed here I believe.Oh, and finally, I note that a number of other customers who have posted negative replies have received rude reponses from the owners. If they are reading this please don't bother to respond similarly as it will only reinforce my views about the lousy management of the establishment.

Small, intimate pizzeria just off Norwich centre, a bit hidden away. But a very good find. Excellent welcome and friendly service, very authentic, excellent value. Probably more of a lunch place bit excellent for a dinner on the days they're open. We thought the pizza was a bit unexciting,but the starters and pudding were excellent and very echt..If in Norwich do try it!

Nice little place with very friendly and helpful staff. Food was very tasty and portion size was very satisfying. There was a good selection of options including vegetarian and of everything we had we were all very happy. We were there for Dinner and really enjoyed it all but keep in mind that Tapas is only served at Lunch which we didn't realise and were a little disapointed (our fault for not checking). The dinner was still delicious though so we weren't disappointed for long.Thanks so much for your lovely review. We do have Tapas Tuesday every Tuesday evening where the chef chooses a set menu of 5 dishes each week, it changes based on the best dishes available that week.
