Visited with husband to celebrate wedding anniversary, absolutely wonderful food, ambience and service throughout the evening. Did not feel rushed at all and can highly recommend the crab and prawn starter which was superb, Stornoway black pudding was perfection! Beautifully cooked lamb and sensational french apple tart to finish. Will return and enjoy again and again.

Visiting Southport from Newcastle to see friends and we booked a table for the Friday night . From the moment we arrived to the minute we left the staff were great. I was unsure about portion size so took the waitress advice and we ordered 2 pulled pork cheesy nacho between the 4 of us and was just as well any more starters would have spoilt the main course. I had the fillet steak medium rare and was cooked spot on all the trimming were hot and tasty. My wife had the hunters chicken with mash and thoroughly enjoyed . Our friends each had the fillet steak and chicken stroganoff one with no mushrooms and one with no onions.We all loved the meals but definatly no room for puddings. I would rate our night out as 10/10 for food ,service and drinks . Will definitely come back next time we visit Southport.

We ate here whilst on a short 3 day break. The menu was brilliant with lots of choice, the prices were fantastic for the portion size and quality was excellent. The kids menu in particular is fab, £2 for 2 courses!!! My kids loved the brownies and ice-cream for desert.. The staff were all friendly and helpful, special mention to Stu who lovely.. The restaurant itself was clean and modern with lovely decor. Can't wait to visit Southport again, and will be coming here for our meals again..
