Extremely disappointing experience. Took the family for a meal, my sister had the roasted celeriac from the main meal section and it was barely enough to feed a child. I had the chicken and chorizo sandwich and found a chicken bone!! The staff members response to the chicken bone was completely unacceptable - no apology, we were simply told it's a new menu and she would let the chef know! Would not go back.I am sorry that you experience wasn't our best; with regards to the celeriac we have spoken to the chefs and have told him to bulk out the dish as we do appreciate that it is rather small. As for the chicken bone all I can do is say sorry, I appreciate that this maybe too little too late but if you would like to email me directly [email protected] I will sort out getting you some compensation. Wow! What can I say! We were recommended this pub by a friend and I wasnât expecting how amazing it really is! The service, the food, the variety of vegan and veggie food! Donna, Emma and Holly were exceptional! Thank you girls for making our evening so spectacular! The pub itself is a typical English pub, how you imagine it, however - the service and food is more like Michelin star! Will definitely be coming again!
