The team at The Plough provided a wonderful lunch for a group of us on Saturday 13th October. They were very flexible and tolerant to our 'cyclists' situation and time pressures. They could not have been nicer. The food was some of the best pub food ive had, both for hungry adults and kids. Thank you again.

We tried a takeaway from this restaurant after receiving one of their flyers. The menu was varied and sounded good but sadly the hype was totally unjustified. The food tasted flat and boring, lacking any real depth of flavour and so typical of most Indian restaurants. Essentially it seemed that the different dishes all came from a base sauce stock with just a few variations to try and differentiate each dish, such as added onion and peppers etc. We won't be going back.

Three pals of mine took me out for my birthday to this venue. They had kindly organised a 'cocktail masterclass' and dinner after.Straight away Danny the bartender was friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful. For me he made the evening. I learnt a lot at his masterclass about cocktails and how to mix them. He's only 19, but boy has he got charm and pizzazz!! it was a fabulous experience and made a wonderful and unique birthday gift from my friends.The dinner too was good. I had the burger which was really nice, followed by the raspberry cake which was as delicious as my main course. The others had different dishes, but all pronounced their meal to be excellent.For me this is the ideal venue for a lighthearted fun evening with mates. It's more a bar with meals, so the bar element is absolutely superb.I would definitely return to this venue, and hopefully again with a bunch of girlfriends!HI Mickigirl1310, thank you so much for your feedback and for taking the time to write us a great review!
