Pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem. Lovely food, first class service and once you get inside the premises, pleasant surroundings. You can also park for free right outside. Just don't let the location put you off, this place is well worth a visit.

There are plenty of Indian restaurants in the St.Neots and Huntingdon area but I had not been able to find any that could deliver consistently good Indian food. I had almost given up in my search for the perfect Indian restaurant when all of a sudden this little place opens up at the back of a pub in Offord Cluny! The restaurant is tiny but the food is absolutely amazing. This is seriously taking the Indian food scene in North Cambridgeshire to another level. The Tandoori cooked prawns were juicy and full of flavour whilst the Rajasthani Lamb was cooked to perfection; slow cooked melt-in-the-mouth tender in a thick tomato based sauce full of layered complexity. Side dishes were good and the pilau rice spot on. The Chicken Dansak had both the right level of spice and the right mix of sweet and sour. The Chapati bread however was way too thick and greasy but I can forgive one little mistake when the rest of the meal was absolute perfection. With Spice House opening in Offord Cluny, there is finally a good Indian restaurant in the area!
