My wife and I found the food, presentation, taste, service and surroundings very high. We both enjoyed a very tasty Lasagne and Fries which was quite expensive due to the small portions of everything governed by the perameters of the querky dishes. However, this is great for special occasions and you always receive excellent service.

I took my wife to Sandy Pate for Sunday lunch after reading the reviews on here. i called and booked a table so that we didn't miss out. we got there just before 2 pm and were seated straight away. the staff were very efficient and we had our drinks within minutes. the food was fantastic. probably one of the best Sunday dinners we have had out. there was plenty on the plate and a very good selection on vegetables. we had a wobbly table which made cutting the food a bit of a trial, that being said, they did offer to move us to another table. If i had one gripe, it would be that instead of having the sound on the TV's for the football they had capital FM on! come on people, its a sports bar!!! On the whole, it was a very nice experience and we cant wait to go back and try some other things on the menu.

Enjoyed a delightful family meal here recently. Such a lovely welcome and terrific service all night. The decor is lovely as well.The menu features a range of delicious pizzas, pastas and meat based dishes as well as some terrific starters. Recommend the Tirimasu for pudding too.

I had order kebab chips and also chick kebab wrap it all came up to £13 we had opened the carton and the wrap was filling in grease I took one bite and it made me eve also the kebab and chips I lifted up the food with my fork and it was like a fat bath and all the food swimming it I unstand that the food is going to be a bit greasy but not actually swing it. Fat greasy heart attack!!So I called them and addivised that we was not happy with the standard of the food they refused to help us advised if we had a problem we should bring it to the shop when they delivered it 9pm my children in bed and also I am heavily pregnant with no transport to even get there! They still refused to pick the food up or even fix the problem and telling me that I was lying about the food and that no one has complained about that! I don't spend £13 for just fat and grease and as a business you would think they would want to keep there business they was very rude to me I was in tears and could no understand why they could not rectify or even help me out they was very indinial I have taking pictures of the food I have received and will be taking this to environment health and also to the chad I wouldn't dream thinking of feeding it my dog. I understand that it is not a healthy option any way but to be refused and laugh out is very unfair I advise no one to eat there and such bad customer service

7 of us visited last night, we have eaten here before and enjoyed it but last night was fantastic, the food was excellent. We all had starters, main and pudding everything was really good, very tasty and good portion size. Service they couldn't do enough for us even putting the wine we had taken with us in the fridge, providing champagne glasses and then bringing out wine glasses for the wine. We had a fantastic night and will defiantly recommend to others and we will be back soon. Great restaurant, lovely atmosphere and extra bonus that you can take your own wine.

Booked for sunday lunch, which was delicious... I hd the beef dinner and Claire th pork.. both dinners was plentiful and excellent... Served hot... Washed down with a great bottle of red wine..... The service as always, was superb. Great staff here.....We followed on witht he Rod Stewart tribute, which was brilliant... An excellent afternoon , brilliant....

We recently ate here with friends, none of us had been previously so it was an all new experience. We weren't disappointed, the food was excellent the service was very efficient and the staff friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend Britalia and I am sure that we and our friends will be back.

Sat listening to an incredibly rude woman complaining constantly to the staff when she randomly turned up with over a dozen people including some very loud badly behaved children who we could hear even when we moved to the other side of the room. Throughout it all the staff were patient and respectful to people who really didnât deserve it. Well done Michelle P and the rest. As regular customers we appreciate you all.

We visit here regular and recieve mainly a good experience.. The odd occasion there's been an issue however staff promptly sort it out. We do however use the meerkat deal which we find great value for money so given using this we find it a great experience and mainly enjoy the experience. Also the staff are really friendly and pleasant here.

My daughter and myself went for a three course meal today with cocktails. The service we received and the quality of the food was second to none. The cocktails were lovely as were the desserts.
