Staff are so helpful and friendly. My pizza was absolutely stunning, cannot recommend this place enough! Even popped next door to grab a cheeky bag of chips to go with: yum! If you find yourself in Salcombe , treat yourself, you won't be disappointed Thanks Sue for your kind, positive review - it gives us a real boost towards the end of the season when we are flagging a bit! Absolutely hands down the best pizza I have ever tasted! Completely professional and friendly service every time. These guys also catered for the food at my friends wedding and it was fantastic - what a great idea for a party! Little tip - make sure you follow their facebook page as they pop up at different places around south devon.

Fabulous thin pizzas served quickly. Staff very good and service quick, so tables turnover quickly hence the rapidly moving queue outside. Marked down to 4 stars though as would like to be able to book and also the kids mocktails were ridiculously sweet and sugary. Would visit again though as pizza delicious.

We waited for a nice sunny day to go to Bantham, spend the day on the beach then have pizza from Gastropizza and it was worth the wait. Freshly cooked, lovely tasty thin crust with fresh toppings straight out of the pizza oven, washed down with a lager - bliss!

We use these guys about 8-10 times a year, so not super regulars, but on this occasion we were a party of 7 dialling in for a home delivery. It was one of those very disorganised ordering processes with people changing their minds a lot and the order being done, redone, and re-re-done. The staff were so patient and understanding, and they ended up getting everything right, delivered within the hour (and we are a bit away from Kingsbridge) and it was pipping hot too.The medium sizes are probably big enough for even the biggest appetite unless you have a teenager with hollow legs - then you will need the large. Try the combo box too - it gives you a little taste of everything, and if like us you can't eat it all, we put it in the fridge and ate it 2 nights later, reheated - ideal. If you're from out of town, order from these guys, you will not be disappointed.If you're local, then you probably dont need any persuading.Thank you for your kind words. Stayed for 3 nights recently in a superb room that was well appointed with all you would expect. Loved the Tunnocks Tea Cakes!! Breakfast was lovely as were 2 of the 3 evening meals we had there. One of the best steaks I have had. Staff were excellent. Only downside was the price of the excellent beer, but Salcombe is not a cheap place.

WOW - best burger I've ever had in a cafe let alone a restaurant, served in a wonderful novel way and was very fulfilling & satisfying. My partners Mushroom Omelette, I tried some, was also fantastically tasty too, (simply because they don't water down with water and milk). We both had very nice chips and lovely fresh side salad with our meals and had a very good choice of condiments. Very friendly and attentive service in a lovely clean/tidy and quiet environment. We will definitely be going back to try something else on the amazing menu but please add the Hawaiian burger back on your menu soon. Thank you for our wonderful experience in your Cafe. We enjoyed the location and atmosphere of this restaurant. Our party enjoyed the kids pizza, scallops and most of all the mussels. The mussels were plump, tasted great and excellent value as the portions were generous. Others said the crab salad was not good value, especially compared to the crab sandwich and the crab meat was average tasting. The Crabshell bouillabaisse was disappointing due to the taste of the stew. The service was very slow as they was busy.

Really great, we have sampled over our week, a breakfast, lunch snack and afternoon teas. Always friendly, efficient service and the food is great especially the breakfast. We have also returned a few times to refill my husbands beer flagon and stocked up to take home with us. A highly recommended place to visit and enjoy.Wow, so glad you sampled and enjoyed all we have to offer including our beer. The feedback on our team is always particularly welcome.
