Bristol is a quirky British city with beautiful hilly vistas and plenty of historic sights to explore. Anyone interested in ships will have a blast aboard Brunel’s SS Great Britain, the world’s first great oceanliner, and the Matthew, a replica of the ship upon which John Cabot sailed to America in the 15th century. The graceful Clifton Suspension Bridge is another must-see.

Sunday Times - Top 25 Bakeries in the UK Bristol Good Food Awards 2016 - Best Newcomer, Best Cakes Pinkmans has a modern take on what a bakery can be. Situated at the top of historic Park Street - everything we serve is made fresh on the premises, and bak
I have been to Pinkmans multiple times and am always amazed by the quality of their food. The doughnuts are delicious and extremely well filled, with a changing seasonal flavour. The bread is well baked and tasty, and the sandwiches and dips (The beetroot hummus and olive tapenade were to die for) we had were uniquely flavoured and, in places, different to the usual high street food. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, and, whilst at times the inside can get a little packed, the interior is well designed and compliments the food. Would highly recommend.

This little corner of Italy is brought to Bristol by a couple of good friends, Andy and Patrick. We hope to bring you the best of Italy's restaurants and bars. The atmosphere, but most importantly of all, the food- which is renown the world over. Bella Vi
After using Tripadviser to find restaurants near to our hotel this was the one we decided on due to the good reviews and the proximity. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent and very reasonable priced, service was both thorough and very quick and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lively but not intimidating. We were really pleased we chose this venue for our one night in Bristol.

Located on Queens road, Clifton our restaurant offers a unique and welcoming environment in which to share lifeâs best moments with friends and family.
We used the Wriggle app to get an indulgent 3 course meal for £14.95! The food was amazing, especially the dessert (pictured is the tiramisu) but what stood out for us was the service and the atmosphere. It's a well-decorated cosy restaurant run by a family. The waiters are so charismatic and pleasant they had us laughing the whole evening! I would highly recommend for a family dinner, a date, a birthday meal, anything!

My new favourite Italian restaurant. The fixed menu is really good value for money with the Arrancini superb and the simple but delicious Bosco pizza one of the best I have tasted. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere with the wood burning Pizza ovens is perfect.

Looking for a dinner venue on north side of Bristol and found this one ...lots of customers and very friendly/helpful staff. The meal was good and served in a timely manner but just felt a little bit hurried. Pricing was good and I would definitely recommend this venue and would return if in the area again.

Arrived in Bristol after a long day on the railway to a hotel with no food! But thankfully they recommended I try this nearby restaurant that would give me a complementary glass of wine on production of my room key.True to their word, I enjoyed a glass of red, tasty simple pasta dish ( my choice from an extensive specials board and menu), followed by limoncello and raspberry brûlée. All reasonably priced with attentive and exceptional customer service from Gerome (in a busy restaurant!)Thoroughly enjoyed it, and would visit again when next up this way on business!

Pub serving stonebaked, artisan Pizzas and local - real ales with gorgeous a roof terrace. Bookings only for large parties of 10 +, seat yourself policy otherwise. Open 12-12 Mon - Thursday (& Sunday) and 12 -01 on Fridays and Saturdays
This pub is a real delight. With their pizza being renowned around the student population of Bristol, itâs no wonder why almost everyone I know shares the restaurant on Facebook. The staff are more than friendly, and their customer-submitted artwork is a really effective and unique touch creating a really warm and appealing interior. I would reccommend this place to anyone, and would hands down eat here every day of the week if I could.

Family-run Italian/Sardinian restaurant where everydish is homemade each day with passion. Freshly homemade pastas, slow-cooked meats,72 hours pizza dough, homemade desserts good wines and amazing staff at Zanky's!
As frequent visitors to Sardinia we were thrilled to find a Sardinian restaurant so close to home. We ordered several antipasti alongside main courses, wine, coffee and sides- all were delicious! But these portion sizes were small, the restaurant space is minuscule (there was a large table behind us which was loud - no fault of the restaurant but it was offputting) and it was so hot we couldnât enjoy the meal. The wine cost on the bill differed to the cost on the menu, although we didnât question this at the time, and the 15% surcharge was outrageous for a party of 4. Sadly we wonât be returning but wish this wasnât the case because the food was great.
