We stayed in the city center and wanted to find a restaurant nearby. This was mid week and a relatively quiet time. The restaurant is situated on a corner on Deansgate and Market street, rather busy with traffic, but quiet enough in the evening. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We had pizzas and pasta and the house red. It was a very nice meal, nothing extraordinary but really good. The service was good and friendly. We were happy with everything.Ciao! Thanks so much for your review and all of your positive feedback! We are so grateful that you chose to dine with us here at Dom's and that your evening with us at Dom's! I will be sure to pass your comments on to the team and the chef. Thanks again, and we hope to see you again in the future!

Veeno is an Italian Wine Café based in the UK serving our family produced Sicilian wines & authentic Italian spuntini. All of our wines come from our award-winning family vineyard in Sicily where 3 generations of our family have produced wine. This allows
Had wanted to try here for ages and decided to try it after seeing a voucher deal. The place was quiet when we arrived and staff didnât seem very attentive. Finally ordered wine and a sharing board - the wine arrived and was dumped on the table, didnât even bother pouring the glasses. The sharing board looked impressive but was disappointing- had much better elsewhere. Staff didnât bother asking if everything was ok - seemed to be more bothered hiding behind the counter and talking amongst themselves. Wouldnât return or recommend - there are far nicer places in Manchester.Ciao Stupii,Thanks for leaving this review. We agree this is not the service we aim at giving to our visitors. Please contact us on [email protected] so that we can get more details and investigate.GrazieNino

A soulful, authentic and independent Neapolitan concept in the heart of Manchester. Brought to you by the team behind Don Giovanni, Cibo (pronounced chi-boh) brings you real Italian food from the heart. Our chefs focus on simple cooking with the finest, f
Greater by a member of staff on arrival.Fantastic choice of drinks, including cocktails. Al a carte or set menu available with a variety of dishes. The food was excellent as was the service. Nothing too much trouble. Staff friendly and helpful. Had linen napkins not paper ones. Good atmosphere. Not too expensive Would definitely recommend this restaurant

Authentic Italian takeaway. Stonebaked italian pizza, fresh baked pasta and artisan gelato prepared everyday in our parlour using the best ingredients
Honestly the best gelato i have had anywhere including those in Italy. (Just ensure it is not hard or frozen when collecting or eating). The owner Gianluca is very nice and friendly. Shame i live so far away from this place. The best gelato you can get! Great going to the owners!

Traditional italian restaurant
Went here last night for the first time. Food was excellent, really tasty and staff were nice, friend and attentive without mithering. Towards the end of our meal the chef came out and had a chat with every table which was a nice touch. He even organised a dessert and they all sang Happy Birthday to my niece(who was 39 ). Would definitely recommend trying this place as I could not fault anything. In the terms of Arnie "I'll be back"

Really Good customer service except then it came to the optional services charge (tip) when we were told twice we had paid £22 to little on a £300 bill. We had tipped but just not as high as the optional (per text on the bill) service charge on this occasion. The lasagne was dryish- did not come with any simple tomato sauce that would have made a difference. The lamb shank was fatty with little meat. Were didn't feel rushed and the setting was nice. Overall, unlikely to return as much othervchoice in the Trafford centre.Hi Adrianp833, we really appreciate your honest feedback,as we are always looking for ways to improve.Happy to hear you received good customer service. Thanks for your feedback on the Lamb Shank and Lasagne dishes with which I will pass on your comments to the kitchen team.We do add an 'optional service charge' of 12.5% to tables of 8 people or more as stated on the bill but just to re-iterate this can be removed at your discretion. I think there may have been some miscommunication of this and as a result it may have tarnished your overall dining experience with us and for this I apologise. We endeavour to offer terrific customer service and strive to make every guest that enters our restaurant to be as comfortable as possible. I do hope that you choose to dine with us again in the future and that this experience does not put you off from visiting us again. Thanks again for your feedback.Kind Regards.Carluccio's Trafford Centre

We (2 couples) visited again after a few months and have to say this place sustains and consistently delivers great food at great prices through great service. We sipped an Aperol Spritz on the roof terrace In the sun before heading to our table.I had mussels for starters and swordfish for mains. Both dishes were from the specials board and were delicious. We will be back and, as ever, highly recommend this restaurant.

Have passed the Lugana several times and never really thought about going in as from the outside it's not very imposing. Finally succumbed and are glad we did. We both ordered their Italian style fillet steaks and they were fabulous. Good choice of wine and lagers too. The staff were very helpful and always ready to help. Will come again for sure.Thank you very much for your lovely review and the kind words,, I really appreciate them. I am glad that you decided to give us a try and that you enjoyed our steaks . I look forward to welcoming you soon again. Best regards. Marco

What a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in all staff were extremely accommodating. The restaurant was full but they squeezed us in after a short wait. The owner/manager, waitress and barman were brilliant and it felt like we had known them our whole life. The food was fantastic and it was a great price. We have just moved to Irlam and will definitely be going back. In walking distance which means we can both walk as well which is a bonus. Thanks everyone for a great experience and hopefully see you again soon.

Amazing food and wine!! We have been there several times and it never gets old. With their authentic flavours and combinations, they never seize to amaze. And to top it off, they have imported Italian wine which is incredible. Not easy to find a really good bottle of wine and a decent price. And the cherry on top, the owner and people that work there!Grazie mille Mrs_dom_lickerWe work our heart off to keep above mass produced/industrial/commercial production so thanks for spotting this, especially with wines... it's extremely rewarding.Hope to see you guys again soon!Big hug!Beppe and staff
