Was absolutely brilliant, front of house was superb and very accommodating, after our friends arrived it was dinning in pure class!!! Drinks on rotation, food was cooked to perfection!Just wished the place had more people in there, atmosphere was a bit low, but they played music in the back ground which was nice!!Thank you very much for your review! We hope to see you again soon.

Called in on off chance and went for 3 large platters and it has to be said the servings were shocking, slithers of cheese, ham etc, and laughably copius amounts of pickle, relish & mustard.Nice looking place but really felt short changed on what we were served.

Carluccioâs Restaurant in Bluewater, located in The Village is the perfect place to provide an escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy centre. Sit up at the bar and enjoy one of our exciting cocktails, lunch al fresco on our outdoor terrace or a cos
On a visit to UK my brother took me out for breakfast. Breakfast deal £11.50 per person full cooked. Both breakfast served with cold mushrooms and cold grilled tomatoes and one with overcooked poached eggs. Breakfast sent back brought again with all the rest of the breakfast pushed from one plate to the other in a heap with fresh poached eggs. Took ages to get waiters attention even standing at the table next to us. Told we would not be charged for one breakfast but still charged £16.60 which is not half of £23. Wish we had just walked out when the breakfast was brought back piled on plate. Spoke to manageress who whilst looking at the till said "Sorry hope this did not spoil your experience here and that you will come back." What do think !!Dear Peter S and Paul S,Firstly, I would like to express my sincerest apologies on behalf of the whole team here at Bluewater for the appalling impression we left the two of you, after Breakfast on Friday.I cannot go far enough to stress that this is not the level of service and hospitality that I expect from our team members - nor is it the normal, high standards we set here at Carluccio's. It is also completely against our standards to re-heat/re-plate any food, your breakfast should have been completely re-prepared for you. I was left so shocked by your feedback - and as the general manager I have personally investigated this with the Manager on Duty and my Head Chef to ensure that it never happens again to any of our guests. Even though your breakfast was clearly far below standard, I feel we really did not win you back as we should have before you left the restaurant and you have left, feeling so disappointed.Primarily however, I would really love to be able to speak to one of you over the phone to be able to personally apologise and hopefully be able to convince you to give us another chance. If you are willing, email me at [email protected] with your contact number.Once again I can only apologise for your visit but I look forward to hearing back from you soon Kind RegardsLeticia RoyleGeneral Manager

A Latin fusion with an Italian flair. Enjoy a great selection of tapas, pastas, pizza and a good Picahna Brasiliana. Open 7 days a week for cocktails, food or just a coffee, whether you are with family or friends this is your new location in Gravesend.
We visited yesterday evening before going to one of Gravesends famous panic room experiences. The food was absolutely amazing, every tapas dish ordered amongst the six of us was cooked to perfection and we covered a lot of dishes between us. Service was great and the staff had a great attitude and good sense of humour and accommodated for us at the end when we needed to rush the bill process to get to our next destination on time. Would have loved to have been able to stay the whole evening and enjoy tapas and wine at a slower pace but we will be back!Dear Vics,Thank you very much for writing a review on your recent visit to Alto Gusto. We also would have loved you to stay longer with us.We are very pleased that you enjoyed and are looking forward to your next visit (with more time)RegardsAlto Gusto Team

We are an authentic Italian restaurant and pizzeria established in the heritage centre of Gravesend, situated at 12-14 High Street.
Iâve always loved Caesars for its portions and quality of food, especially the seafood linguine or the vegetarian pizza toppings. The atmosphere made the overall visit but when it moved to the Old High Street it lacked the old school Italian vibe a bit.Still good service though and the staff are very friendly and understanding to your needs.

RM Italian restaurant Gravesend offer a fine selection of excellent authentic food. Diners can expect to find exquisite specials and house favourites.
Kids meal was supposed to be chicken nuggets with chips that was supposed to come with a drink and ice cream but came without these so had to call for them. When I cut the chicken open bits of it was pink so we sent it back and they sent another one. When they received it back we got a very rude phonecall to say the chicken was fine (if you want your child to get salmonella poisoning then yes it was perfectly fine). We also ordered lasagne which was not edible whatsoever. Donât even know what the meat was because it certainly wasnât beef. Tasted more like dog or horse. Another meal was meatballs and spaghetti but the meatballs were as dry as ghandiâs flip flops and also joined the rest of the âdinnerâ in the bin. After all that at least the bin was well fed for the night. Never ordering here again.
