It was made for all people who would like to try something new and from a different country. We hope that Polish cuisine will be loved like the others cuisines
this place is a must if you like good wholesome Polish/East European cuisine - and there are few things better on a cold, wet December day! Excellent goulash (please beware - this is advertised as a starter but is sufficient for a full meal!), and the chicken fillet on a potato pancake was also top notch. All topped off by a nice Zywiec beer. Great cooking, good service, great value.

Sadly the first and last visit. The lamb shank was described inaccurately as served with roasted root vegetables, cassoulet and creamed potatoes .The dish arrived warm ,the lamb was tender but only four cubes of swede perhaps ,a few cassoulet beans and sloppy potatoes. The jus was bitter perhaps the alcohol had not been burned off. We told the delightful waitress our concerns with no response. The fish and chips were mediocre with a small stack of chips. At £18.95 for the lamb shank and £12.50 for the fish and chips was very poor value. We repeated our concerns on paying but no explanation or good will gesture was offered.Very poor customer service.Casual dining was reflected in the meals served.

Food is for sharing! Opened in May 2017 in Lindley, Huddersfield, we offer very reasonably priced healthy Tapas. Everything we serve is home cooked, served either for yourself as a Tapas or meal or on sharing plates in the middle of the table. Families ar
Reluctant to bring us dishes slowly and said it's British tapas so we bring it all together!!! I think you'll find that's called a buffet! The restaurant wasn't busy with only 4 tables occupied so they couldnt claim they were too busy to bring the food to us gradually. Took our wine away before we'd finished it. Didn't check so I had to go downstairs and ask for it back.Couldn't make us a pot off tea because 'the boiler would take too long to heat up'. Buy a kettle then!!!!Food mediocre. Pork crackling was just great slabs of skin which looked like they'd been rolled flat and deep fried. Very unappetising. Lamb tagine had an overwhelming aniseed flavour. Peanut sauce on chicken satay was horrible. Best dish was chorizo bruschetta. We are very sorry to hear you had a disappointing time, we know it was your friends birthday and we tried to make the experience a good one. You are right we were quiet and that is why we had no problem bringing your food out in stages, which is what we did, and bringing it to you at the table unlike a buffet. Our apologies for taking the wine as we did not notice that there was still a bit left in the bottle. As no one ordered any teas and coffees when asked after your meal we made a decision to turn the coffee machine off considering you were the last table in. So when you decided to order one an hour later the coffee machine would take a while to heat up. I'm not sure if you've ever used a commercial coffee machine before, but they take a while to heat up. Your opinions on the food are noted but we would have appreciated these comments on the night so we could have done something for you there and then, where as now all we can do is apologise. Glad to hear you enjoyed the chorizo burschetta.

I visited this fab restaurant for the first time last Friday evening. We were meeting close friends(their first time also) for a quality evening out and that is just what we got!We arrived early for our reservation but decided to go into the restaurant and have a pre dining drink and hoped that we wouldnât be rushed to eat as we wanted a good catch up as we havenât seen each other for a few months. On entering the restaurant we received a very friendly welcome and I thought that if the food was as good as my first impression we were in for a lovely dining experience and we received just that. One of the overriding factors for all of us was just how good the hosting is here, not overbearing and pretentious but a real desire to ensure that the guests are comfortable with their menu choice and also with the speed of service which is very rare these days.Food was beautifully cooked and portion size was generous. I never eat deserts and initially opted for a small cheese plate but was seduced into having a small portion of Nicolaâs lemon tart.......the best I have ever experienced yum yum.The clientele were convivial and looked as if they were enjoying their dining experience as much as we were which added to the atmosphere. It was a fabulous night and whilst we arenât locals, we hope to return very soon. This is a true gem in what has become an ever decreasing circle of customer focussed and good food restaurants.Thank you very much, we will return.

Great little authentic Italian restaurant not too far from the centre of Huddersfield. Five of us in the toon on business and needing some food, recommended by the staff in the bar where weâd met, and was a great recommendation. Authentic Italian food from pizza, pasta and everything in between. Great selection of wines at reasonable prices too. Highly recommended if youâre in the toon for pleasure or business.

Coasy relaxing quality fresh food friendly staff and weekly /monthly entertainment music dance wine tasting
Spur of the moment restaurant choice. Read the reviews and wanted to give it a try. Both my friend and I were thoroughly impressed. We ordered bread and aioli to start, a selection or tapas and churros for desert. All food was cooked perfectly and arrived very quickly! Only 1 negative - we wish there was more bread in our starter. I must say, the food was delicious, and we cannot wait to dine here again.

I must say walking up this restaurant you probably think it's quite small and unusual then you get inside a much larger room with beams and a relaxed ambience is found. So then we ordered the food from very friendly and efficient staff. The food was delivered and we all agreed it was excellent including the unusual selection of deserts which I hadn't seen before. I would really recommend this restaurant
