Another hidden gem!!!Stumbled upon this cafe in an alley in wolves whist trying to find a healthy lunch.Hot roasted veg and and veg fritters were absolutely delicious Huge portion Super healthy At a great price £5!!I just wish more places like this were available across the UK One of my favourite dishes in the UK for lunch!Itâs a decent size cafe with seating for 20 people.Nice spacious and chilled not overly cramped either!

I was in town early after dropping off my car for its service and wondering where would be open around 8am. K Teas actually opens at 7am (worth noting for future reference). The tea selection is impressive (I had Oolong) and the full English breakfast freshly cooked (I had the smaller one and glad I did because the portions were substantial.Thank you for your kind words, your review is very much appreciated and I'm pleased you enjoyed your breakfast. Just the job! Nice selection of meals at midday. Reasonable price, good quantity, tasty, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, equal quality. Small place, basic, busy, good quick service, no hidden extras, no rush to get you out and clean.Lovely walk around the grounds after. No moans. Look forward to a return visit

Based on the reviews, we expected a nice lunch here. We ordered a chicken in lemon mayonnaise baguette and a Spanish omelette with salad from the specials board, a luxury hot chocolate and an orange juice.The hot chocolate was very disappointing, the cream, marshmallows and chocolate shavings on top looked and tasted good, but the actual drink was watery tasting and not very chocolatey at all.When the food came, more disappointment followed. There was hardly any chicken filling on the baguette and it wasn't crusty as expected. The chicken was tasty but not enough of it. The spanish omelette was even worse. It seemed reheated instead of freshly cooked. There was only potato in it, was expecting more - maybe pepper, onion, mushroom, herbs?? It was bland and tasteless.Overall disappointed. We didn't have cake or scones which most people seemed to rate positively but based on this visit I don't think we'll be back.

This is an excellent little Cafe that provides good food and well kept proper ale as well but, something we didn't know, they also provide an outside catering service as well.We were having a baby shower at our house and Cafe Metro was recommended to us - we didn't want to do food for 30 people ourselves.They couldn't have been more helpful, supplying cake stands, cutlery and a wonderful afternoon tea.It really made the afternoon - thank you.

Table of 7 met for breakfast/brunch. Staff were friendly and it was nice to have table service rather than ordering at the counter separately. Drinks all absolutely fine - although I always think its a nice touch to have a biscuit with your tea or coffees as it only really costs pence but i appreciate it's not a given. We ordered a variety of food. The full breakfasts looked presentable and tasted very good, very plentiful portion sizes. A couple of us had toast and jam and poached eggs on toast but the toast under the eggs was very soggy from the water and had to be sent back - a full replacement was brought out with no questions asked. Another slight criticism would be i don't think they should butter the toast as some people (including myself) do not want their toast already buttered so i think the butter should be brought out separately. On this occasion i ate mine but a couple of the girls left their toast for this reason. Cafe is a good size, clean and nicely presented, staff were friendly and there is ample place to park so i would go again i just wanted to offer a bit of constructive criticism.

Booked in to a matinee at the theatre and was looking for a quick bite to eat before the performance. There is a limited choice in the immediate vicinity with the usual chain pubs taking priority. This unassuming cafe bar selling Indian Street food was an absolute breath of fresh air. The staff were lovely and welcoming, explaining the menu. The food was delicious and well presented. We will be visiting Wolverhampton again just to visit the Zuri Coffee! Excellent!

We popped in for a Saturday morning brunch. Tea in tea pots with cups and saucers and milk in little bottles. Bacon sandwiches were lovely with nicely cooked bacon.We had lemon meringue cakes which were delicious.Lovely atmosphere in the cafe too.Service was very good and they now take cards.

Came here with my husband after desperately wanting some tapas! We tried to come for our wedding anniversary but they were shut due to holidays. But we managed to come and boy was it worth it! Tasty food and the service was great. Will definitely revisit.
