A Latino style cafe bar serving food and drinks
We visited the Coco Latino in Ramsgate on the morning of a sunny Bank Holiday Monday in April. We were intending to walk the coastal path to Broadstairs but had first toured the harbour and was stopping off here for a drink before proceeding on our way. We had travelled to Ramsgate by train and the mainline station is a fair, but straight forward walk to the Harbour area. The Coco Latino is situated under one of the red brick arches by the harbour and thus the visitor gets a very good view of the moored yachts and other sea crafts in the marina when sitting outside. When we arrived there were already some customers sitting at tables outside enjoying the Bank Holiday morning sunshine. We ordered our drinks inside the bar which is quite dim by comparison but nicely decorated with images of famous celebrities and a very welcoming bar area. There was a good choice of drinks available and a selection of what appeared to be homemade cakes. We settled for a Latte coffee and a slice of Coffee & Walnut cake and sat outside in the sunshine where we waited for them to be delivered to us. A soundtrack of popular songs covered in a Reggae genre was playing but not intrusively. The cake was nice with a good coffee flavour though certainly my slice was perhaps lacking in walnuts and the coffee when it was served was a bit cooler than I would have liked. That said the ambience of the outside area was very good and I would like to visit here for a meal or a drink in the evening when I imagine that the combination of the location and views across the harbour create a relaxing atmosphere. Would certainly consider coming here again if we were in the area.

I've visited Ramsgate previously but the first time we have walked to the arches and came across this bar. We didn't eat here but decided to stop for a drink on s Saturday evening. Inside there were plenty of comfy chairs. The owner was sat opposite and chatty and all the staff were really friendly. There is a massive choice of gins to try and various cocktails. Whilst we was sat there we were given s few snacks with cheese, pretzels etc on. A DJ also set up whilst we was sat there. What should have been just one drink we ended up staying for several hours as really enjoyed it there. We went on quite a cold day but in summer they have seats outside which would be nice looking over the harbour. Next time we visit Ramsgate we will definitely come back here.

Enoteca By Day Great Coffee & Food on the Ramsgate Marina.Enoteca Bar has a decidedly split personality, in the daytime people can relax, drink coffee, wine and have lunch overlooking the historic royal marina. Enoteca is a place for friends and colleague
This family-run cafe bar is a real gem! Sit inside during the winter months and delight in the continental pavement tables right opposite Ramsgate Royal Harbour! (The only Royal Harbour in the country!!) Winter's home made soups and molten brie & bacon panini give way to inventive cocktails and icy long drinks during the summer!! There's always a loyal band of regulars ready to welcome visitors!!

Fairways Kitchen is open from 8am till 6pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We use locally sourced products & free range eggs. We have a separate function room available for hire for any occasion
Through the caravan club we booked a weeks holiday on one of the five pitches and enjoyed all the facilities of Stonelees. We used the restaurant for evening meals and on some occasions, breakfast! The food was local, fresh and hot served by friendly staff who were always very helpful. Will definitely return.

Three of us came here, two of us ate.I ordered a large breakfast, but unfortunately they serve strong flavoured 'herby/Lincolnshire' sausages as part of it,and did not mention this on the menu,so I was expecting a normal style sausage.Sadly I detest herby sausages, and while my partner ate both of them,so were not wasted,my breakfast was ruined. They were busy, and i did not see any point in mentioning this, because we were under time considerations, and did not want to be messing about.Shame, because the rest of the visit was quite good, friendly service etc...just wish owners would use their menu to describe more accurately what they offer, many other places I visit do mention this.

This is set in a historic archway overlooking the beautiful harbour in Ramsgate. The food is delicious and the staff very friendly. The only slight negative is that when you go upstairs (recommended because the view is great) you can feel forgotten by the waiting staff. However for a slow lunch with a friend this wasn't a problem.

Brunch, lunch cake and coffee served with a smile and homemade with love.
The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Every mouthful of food you ate was delicious. They worked very hard by customising the afternoon tea to pink for a girl... cannot think of a single thing they can improve on.... A wonderful experience. Thank you very much

We love visiting The Galley for our breakfast when we stay at the nearby large chain hotel. I honestly canât think of anywhere else that does a better breakfast. The ingredients are excellent quality, the service is excellent, the view over the harbour is excellent. The owner and staff are just so friendly, and itâs reasonably priced.

Traditional British Tea Rooms, serving breakfasts, lunches and Afternoon Teas for the past 20 years.
£25 for their high tea was one of the most expensive I have ever paid. The food was of good quality and too much for us to eat. Having said that, there was barely enough clotted cream and jam to cover my scone, it had to be carefully arranged. They weren't that busy, but felt slightly forgotten about. It was generally ok, but very overpriced which was a shame. We are sorry you were 'disappointed' with your recent visit to Corby's. We are surprised you feel £12.50 per person is expensive as previous feedback suggests we are not charging enough for our good quality and plentiful tea. It is our policy to tell people when they arrive for the High Tea, that if they require anything to just ask and we also ask once during their visit if everything is okay - otherwise we like to leave people in peace so they can enjoy their food and each others company. We do hope you will visit again. Thank you Paul & Sue
