Vegetarian / Vegan Israeli / MiddleEastern: Falafel Shakshouka Sabich Daily Specials Borekas Eat in or Take Out "I go here EVERYDAY for lunch. Says it all I guess" "OMG the best ever falafel in north London! Seriously tasty! Fresh ingredients, made right
Went for the first time, with a colleague from work, for lunch recently, we both had the falafel in pitta. Excellent, fresh, and tasty, with plenty of salad. The best Falafel I have tasted in a long while. Was so good, we went back a few days later for more! You can call ahead and place your order to save time. The staff are very friendly, food is excellent. Will definitely become one of our regular lunchtime spots from now on.Dear Bindesh M,I am so very pleased to hear that you enjoyed my Falafel ! We make sure all our ingredients are fresh and that the Falafel is ONLY made to order hence it keeps its moisture and crispiness. Always call ahead and we can have your order ready for you on your arrival. Pop in to the shop and ask for Rachel, it would be nice to meet you and to get to know our regulars.
Popped by on the way to a filming at Elstree, had a look on google for nice food places and reviews led us here! Certainly glad they did! Lovely food and generous portion sizes! The staff were friendly and obliging and came over to ask if they could take orders for drinks almost as soon as we sat down, we then ordered our meals when our drinks were brought over! I chose the chicken delight and my mum the liver and onions. Both meals were a good size, absolutely delicious and reasonably priced! We will definitely pop by again when we are in the area! A real gem on Borehamwood high street!Thank you!
This place used to be a regular getaway when I used to work in the area. Great for lunch with large tables that could be pushed together when there were groups of us.Prices have gone up since the last time I came but the portion sizes are extremely generous. The only issue that you could face is if you go in a big group. You could be waiting a long time from first person getting there's and the last. At least you know it's fresh. (Visit - 10/07/2015 Lunch)

An authentic Greek salad and good coffee lunchtime treat. Really good food and attentive staff...music a little too loud though! Outside space to enjoy good weather.

We called in here on our way to Wembley on Sunday 5th August to watch Manchester City, we were staying at the Ibis in Borehamwwod. The breakfasts are amazing, fresh, hot and well cooked, great value as well. The owner is very friendly and made us feel welcome. All the staff were pleasant and the places itself is nice and clean. We called in again on Monday 6th before we set off back to Manchester. Well worth a visit.

WE wandered into Borehamwook hoping ot find somewhere for a quick coffe before we set off on long sectin of london Loop walk, Fund this palce and were sotaken witht he menu we ordered coffee and cakes for our elevensesand then take away sandwiches to eat later. Fantastic bagels cooked on the premsises but therew was a much wider choice of home baked breads. The fillings too all seemed home made and of great quaiity. All very reasonably priced. Comfortable seating and loads of characters wandering in and out. Strongly recommend this for breakfast and lunch.

For a cafe, the menu is extensive from the usual breakfast staples, sandwiches, panini to burgers, pastas and a la carte. The food was very good for the price so itâs definitely decent value for money. They only accept cash so come prepared. Whilst busy is good for business, being crammed so close to other tables was quite awkward. Service was also a bit slow but I guess thatâs understandable.
