Called in for tea and coffee but saw the great breakfast on offer. 4 items plus toast, £4 , 6 items plus toast £5 and 8 items plus toast £6. Everything looked absolutely lovely and so fresh. Several were tucking into their breakfasts. Next visit will be for breakfast. Only downside is that Debenhams do not open until 9.30am Monday-Thursday. 9am Friday and Saturday.

We opened Saturday 15th December 2018 and located at the end of the ginnel at the outdoor market end, Stephen Street, and we are proud to announce, recently we have been voted cleanest toilet in Barrow. We pride ourselves on using high quality produce at
Had a few bits n pieces to do in town, but before doing so, we thought we'd call in for a cup of tea, Saturday 26th January 2019, however only to find a hidden gem of a Cafe. When entering this delightful Cafe, we were made very welcome and first thing i noticed is how clean the cafe is. Thereâs a board of 'Specials for sale' and we were made very welcome. We perused the menu and decided to try the Luxury Scrambled Eggs on Toasted Tea Cakes with a Pot of Tea.Everything on offer, cakes, pastries etc looked delicious, and with talking to the owner, who is more than happy to talk and chat, mentioned the quality of produce they insist including the Free-Range Eggs for the scrambled eggs, and it was delicious. Plenty of Tea and we were offered a refill, a simple offer of a refill goes along way and a rare thing to be seen. The cafe had only been open for approximately 4 weeks and the toilet had been voted cleanest in Barrow. My mateâs wife finally arrived, and asked for a Hot Chocolate, however, they dont offer that yet, i know for a fact a Hot Milky Coffee or Chocolate drink made similar by the great late Brucciani, would be a sure winner. You can keep the latte, solo, expresso coffees, just good coffee with boiled milk and frothed up, served with a slice of cake or biccies, would go down a sensation, letâs hope they read this and take the hint.I will be calling in soon and will be taking my good wife.Itâs a hidden gem of a place, and hope it lasts.Sam B.

Called in for a late breakfast/early lunch, had a fried breakfast as a treat, it was fine nothing special, the sausage was a little crisp to say the least but there was plenty of it though . The staff very friendly and efficient the food cooked fresh (I think), Prices reasonable and the place is clean, car parking good as it's on a small industrial estate and easy to get to, probably better than going into town. For a quick easy meal/snack go for it.

Each time we visit Barrow this is the place we prefer to go. Small little cafe and sometimes queuing outside, but once in its cozy and a friendly atmosphere. Canât beat the soup and half sandwich. Always tasty and well presented! Great value for money.

Live music venue serving authentic Spanish Tapas, open early for coffees & breakfasts. Large range of Brewdog beers, IPAS, Cocktails & Spirits!
Just had some of the best tapas Iâve ever had - including the numerous Spanish restaurants Iâve visited. Really tasty, fresh and excellent value. Youâd be hard pushed to find better in the area. And the service was exceptional. Really recommend. And no - Iâve no connections with this establishment beyond a random fine.

Pastures Pantry is our go to place for lunch. It is a vegetarian restaurant, I am not vegetarian but am always impressed with the range and flavour of the food. This visit I had a salad bowl and my daughter a falafel flaguette both were delicious. Pastures Pantry is tucked away it is well worth seeking it out.

Came here as I was staying in roa island & some people had put up good reviews. I ordered some chips & took them back to where I was staying which is walking distance from the restaurant, well....the chips looked stunk so bad & was soggy as if they were the last chips scrapped from the bottom of the pan! We threw the chips away & decided from that we were not going to buy & eat anything more from there again.

I had wanted to try this place for a while. First visit i went with a friend. She had the southern fried mushroom burger which is simply massive. It came with chips and ahe chose the chinese salt n pepper seasoning. I had the 'chicken tikka masala'which was so tasty but i couldnt finish it all. I also had a pina colada bubble shake. Mmm it was all so good i went back two days later with my mum who pulled a face at 'vegan' food initially i wanted to tey the delicious looking chips so i chose those (cajun) with a dish off the starter menu; The gyozas. I loved them with the dipping sauce. So nice. Mum also chose from the starter menu and had the spring rolls with sweet potato fries. She loved everything. I teied the strawberry bubble shake. Really good and made from fresh strawberries..i went back a few days later with a couple of friends. One had the salisbury steak with rice, i had the frankfurter and chinese salt n pepper chips with kendal mint cake tea and my other friend had the shitake pho. All were so delicious. That pho has my name on it for next time!!Lovely owners, friendly staff and the food is just lovely. Very extensive menu in terms of food and drink choices. I will be returning many times
