This seems to be a page for restaurant rather than house, mill, quay etc. So I will review the Barn restaurant next to car park. We started our visit with lunch. Nice potato/leek soup & was able to have gluten free roll, partner had coronation chicken but the roll was so thick & huge he was unable to distinguish any chicken to eat, so ended up discarding the actual roll, but there was so little chicken it was disappointing.Tea was ok but not great. Not for proper meals just light bites.Staff helpful & friendly.

Absolutely awful this place donât go here! Landlady and the man behind the bar are completely and utterly rude and not welcoming! Me and my friends went to the pub for a couple of drinks and they went mental at us for having a good time and talking! After coming in the next day to order a drink they then said we were banned for being âlaryâ when we didnât do anything wrong! The man then continued to shout and call us non repeatable words and constantly saying he doesnât like us! If you are looking for a pub the Crooked Inn is a far better pub with a ton more of atmosphere!

We went for brunch while we were in Cornwall. I had bacon and poached eggs on toast, which was cooked perfectly. Our daughter had the same but with scrambled egg, which she enjoyed and my husband had a tuna and mayo baguette. We bought the most fabulous chocolate to take away which was one of many lovely looking cakes for sale.We really appreciate your lovely review of our little cafe - thank you x

We live locally and have on several occasions since the new owners took over visited. To be honest, each time itâs been disappointing. Various reasons but we like to keep things local so kept giving this eating house a chance. After tonightâs meal Iâm afraid to say we wonât be going again. The carvery was just awful. The roast potatoes were so hard I couldnât eat them all, they looked and tasted like theyâd been dunked in fat and over cooked :( The other main meals that were ordered didnât arrive at the same time. Shame as the staff are always welcoming and pleasant.

Service both at the bar and from kitchen was fast and friendly. All but one of our foursome had the Friday evening special beer battered fish with chips, mushy pees and homemade tartar sauce. Good portion of fish with a very light but tasty batter. Pub a good choice of beers etc including Devon Red cider on draught. will definitely return to try the pie night

The whitebait starters were excellent and a meal on their own. Local sausages with beautifully cooked mash, gravy and vegetables were a real treat and we didn't have room left to try the deserts. Complimented by well kept beer and wine. Would definitely visit again if anywhere near.Thank you so much for a lovely review. We look forward to seeing you very soon

Just Be is somewhere to relax and cast aside the pace of life outside, either alone or with company. Take in the stunning waterfront views with exceptional artisan coffees and freshly baked cakes, luscious cream tea, or choose from our daily brunch menu.
Welcoming restaurant/cafe/coffee bar/wine bar. Confused? You will be when you look at the menu which seemed a little haphazard and disorganised. The food, however, is very good as is the service. Portions are large, dishes freshly prepared and flavours good. The wine list is excellent. It is certainly worth a visit.Lovely to welcome you yesterday and glad you enjoyed your visit. The one page menu (brunch for daytime and then a separate evening menu) has evolved to the point now that seems to satisfy our customers. We are primarily a place to come and relax, and deliberately do not fit a stereotype offering. The food and drink fits around that with variety, but also not being too extensive so that we can keep the food all freshly prepared. We appreciate you taking the time to post a review and look forward to seeing you again soon.

On the fringe of the village of Tideford near Saltash in South East Cornwall, this three hundred year old grain mill has for decades been converted to a successful country restaurant. Recently under new ownership it has been extensively and sympatheticall
My family and I have waited almost exactly a year to return to the wonderful Heskyn Mill, we returned last night with another family making our party 8. No one was disappointed! The food was still fabulous and we really appreciate that everything is supplied by local producers and the owner can tell you in detail about where the food is sourced. We simply canât wait to return again. The pictures say enough about the food!!

The Rod and Line is a 16th century Inn with accommodation. It retains its traditional charm and interior, tables are lit by candles and most of the year a fire burns in the large fireplace which is central to the pub. It sells a range of real ales and loc
Have stayed over night on a couple of occasions and really enjoyed the hospitality, food and friendly service. Fabulous rooms with comfortable beds and excellent shower, great pub food and one night there was a live band who were first class. Wish this was my local pub.
