Down in London for a show at the Excel and went to the café two mornings. Breakfast was really good, lots of choices and made to order. Great coffee too! Staff friendly and very efficient. Definitely recommended if you are in the area; much better and cheaper than hotel breakfast!

We ate breakfast here as we stayed at the hotel. We found the service chaotic especially as it was busy in the mornings. I think there were not enough staff.I also found the buffet to be disappointing. Things like croissants and other items would not be replenished for ages. Also people who wanted Quorn products were disappointed, as they had run out and no one knew when further supplies would come in.I like to think this is a glitch as normally I regard the Premier Inn breakfast very highly.

We've lived in Barking since the beginning of the year, and always meant to pop in at the weekend for breakfast. A few weeks ago we finally did, and have been regular Sunday visitors ever since! What a lovely place! From the iconic movie posters on the wall, to the very friendly, welcoming staff, this café is a gem. After one visit, we were welcomed back like old friends. The food is delicious - I've become addicted to omelette and salad, having not eaten an omelette for years. The prices are very reasonable, especially for freshly cooked food, and the service is quick and cheerful.Lovely place. Thanks Claire for a great review , it's good to be apriciated.

I first visited Nathan's over 35 years ago with an old Arsenal friend before we played them on a Saturday. My friend was surprised I hadn't been before as he assumed all Hammers fans went at some time. I have now been a regular visitor since that time with my son who too likes his pie and mash although only with gravy and not liquor like me. Nathan's is very clean and the food is always fresh and tasty. I hope they don't close when West Ham leave The Boleyn. Well done Nathan's.

Casual steakhouse offering delicious, affordbale home-cooked dishes made with tons of love & passion! All our meats are halal.
Havenât been in a while and to be honest it has become a bit of a disappointment, itâs still cozy but the atmosphere has been lostThe waitress seemed totally disinterested and as for the waiter who brought the food he seemed more interested in the group of guyâs sitting on the other side who he seemed to know, couldnât even give the dishes to the right people even when we told him as he wasnât paying attention The food is ok but is there a new chef? As it seems to have lost a bit of its spark, and the portion sizes have become small, a handful of chips at most , and as good as the cheesecake was any smaller and you would need a search party to find it!! It used to be good value but we felt a little short changedBarking only has one restaurant of this type and itâs sad to see that itâs falling from the standard it used to have
