Reviewed By sophiesocks2Me and my partner stayed here for a evening while visiting a band locally. Found the staff and locals very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless, and had all we needed for our stay. Highly recommended. The breakfast supplied in the room of cereal,juice tea and coffee was just perfect to set us up for our drive home, local is also a lot of food outlets including a weatherspoons for a hot meal/breakfast. Perfect location for what we needed. Will definitely be visiting again

Reviewed By kwamegyamerah2022Friendly staff when I got checked in. The rooms was very clean as it should be. The restaurant food was very nice and presentable. The hotel itself was very clean. The car park had a lot of space for us to park without any problems.

Good accessible bathroom and friendly staff
Reviewed By janemZ8712CWWe needed a bathroom with rails and a non-slip floor and that's what we got. The decor was a little tired but we had a good night's sleep on comfortable beds which was far more important. The staff were great and even advised us about the tube strike! We had a good breakfast at a cafe around the corner so we didn't try the Travelodge take out breakfast.

Very clean, nice people in the Reception.
Reviewed By 258ramonabThe hotel is close to bus and train stations. We liked the atmosphere. The entrance was very neat. People at the Reception were kind and helpful. Our room was not very large, but it was suitable for the weekend. We enjoyed a cup of tea and coffe in our room.

Rurally Situated in 6 acres of land 3 miles form junction 24 of the M25 this family owned and run Hotel has ample free Car Parking and 92 bedrooms with 10 Meeting and Event rooms. The Hotel's location makes it perfect for business , pleasure and Weddings due to its close proximity to the main motorways routes. The nearest Tube station is Cockfosters and is a short car journey away making central London an easy option. The Restaurant offers informal dining with Vegan options in a casual relaxed setting while breakfast is served in the 1st floor Chace Brasserie. Reviewed By lynn wWe stayed 1 night for a 60th birthday party and travelled over 3 hours over Easter. Upon arrival the room looked ok? but on a closer look the room was so dirty. I can not believe how filthy the room was there was a lot of black hair in the bedroom and bathroom. The bath mat in the shower was black we removed it from the shower. Every wear was so dirty . This needs to be sorted out for other guests. It looked like no one had stayed in the room looking at all the dust and and dirt around the room. Never stayed any wear like this before in my life. Sorry will not recommend this property to anyone so disappointed.

Reviewed By JejeoThe venue is not easy to find as it exists of a few private houses along Lincoln street and you really have to go by the house numbers to figure out which they are. Make sure your indicated mobile number is correct and accessable as everything works pretty automatically. After confirmation by call you get all necessary access information to your house and room by text message. That makes it easy as you can check in every time you like. Rooms are clean and friendly with enough space. Basic but sufficient breakfast is provided by a help yourself approach. It's a bit remote but public transport is in walking distance, Especially for Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is quite easy to reach by overground train from Southbury station.
