We had drinks and snacks at Plaj everyday of our holiday. Simbu always served us with a smile and was very attentive. Nice spot under the trees with a cool breeze and cool glass of beer or a coffee always went down well, looking across the sea. Highly recommend.

We had two dinners here and both were brilliant. Superb buffet and great selections/choices. Nice atmosphere and quite busy both nights.We also had our breakfasts here. Great choice and wonderful Omelettes.We canât praise the staff highly enough. They couldnât do more for us and were so attentive, kind, sincere and just nice. In particular we would like to give special mention to Praju, Kareena and Mezzeue. Visible presence of management was impressive and customer care was way ahead of anything we have ever experienced on any of our many cruises.

Overall quite good, loads of varieties and offer, it's not the very best of Dubai's buffets, but in one of the top 10 for sure, we all loved their great varieties of vegetables, their chicken kebab, roast beef and varieties of deserts were quite tasty. Booked a table for 14 and all enjoyed the Iftar buffet, they just could have done more on the soft drinks, other hotels offer tea, coffee, juices, etc., Or Cola, Fanta, Sprite and they're a little bit more upper class. After a busy week at work, you need a good place to start the weekend and Certo definitely is the place where you would want your drinks prior to dinner. Place is accessible from work and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating to requests. It gives off a feeling that the weekend is going to be a good one. S/O to the staff on duty at 7ish last night. ... with very nice ambience, surprisingly good food and perfect weather. The entire setup in the huge outside area of Flow Kitchen - which is bordering the beach - is nice, relaxed and a very inviting place to spend an enjoyable evening. We didn't try the various shisha tastes, but had pizza (very good), seafood grill platter (very good) and the grilled chicken breast (very tasty) with French fries. The service team was attentive at first, but after they had served the main course seemed to forget about us, not coming back to clean the table or asking us if we wanted something else. We spent likely more than 1h completely unbothered (positive spin) by anyone with our table cluttered by empty and dirty dishes the entire time. I brought this up to our waiter when I asked for the check and his reply was he didn't forget about us but it seemed we were engaged in deep conversation and he didn't want to disturb us... On a positive note: The hotel wifi covers the entire area, which was a very welcome surprise. Either way, the evening was nice and we enjoyed the experience at the Flow Kitchen. Prizes are steep, as is the case anywhere in Dubai, but not to the point where you feel ripped off. I ended up paying close to ⬠140 for two (no alcohol, no shisha, including tip), which given the location seemed acceptable.
