I rarely give a 5 star rating because nothing is perfect, but this place deserves it...starting with originality in running a restaurant with this name in a converted Presbyterian Church. The service was excellent. The food even better. We shared a salad (fresh greens with heirloom tomatoes), warm and delicious bread, Canadian walleye with red potatoes and green/yellow beans, then mixed berry pie (warm) with ice cream for dessert. Great music playing in the background. We made reservations for 6:30 on a Thursday night but shared the restaurant with only one other table of 4 until just before we left when another couple arrived.

E-Town is a cute little cafe where they have many delicious coffee drinks, sodas, ice creams, smoothies, homade desserts, yummy sandwiches & tastey homade soups! Everything is delicious! They also sell bottles of wine. The service is excellent & everyone is very friendly! We eat there often or grab something to go! You won't be disappointed!

Stopped here for breakfast while on a road-trip with a Great-Uncle. We live a little over 2 hours away, and had decided to hit the road and catch breakfast on the way. The portion size is great, the price is great, the food is great. This is definitely a restaurant worth stopping at if you need a good meal with good service.

Nice local place that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Full service bar. Nice selection of appetizers, good salad bar, and full menu of burgers and entrees. Family run place with pleasant staff.

This is a fun little bar in the middle of nowhere. It was part of my bachelorette party pub crawl, and it was great. It was the last stop of the night, so some of my memory is hazy (ha!) but I do remember the good fries and cheese curds, and the fun bar! It was U-Shaped which definitely gave the idea of a separate bar/restaurant area. Overall, I will be stopping here again next time I'm in the Galena/Dubuque area.

Jug and Lisa have a great tavern for pizza, pub grub and awesome seafood on Friday nights. I highly recommend the fresh oysters in the half-shell (Friday nights only), as well as the Crab Ragoon Pizza.
The pizza crust is hand-made and perfect for thin-crust lovers. The Meat Lovers and the Hot Spicy are excellent.
If you happen to be in Elizabeth for Saturday Lunch, don't miss the Big Mac Wrap. A specialty.
Extensive bar and a great local hangout.

Cajun Jack's serves the best Cajun food around and has a menu that will satisfy any appetite, from fresh shucked oysters and gumbo to steak and burgers. The large beer list (40 plus) with many craft beers will quench any thirst!
Lovd seeing a new restaurant other than burgers and pizza-Welcome to Cajun Jack's!! Oysters are really wonderful and clean and not fishy. The Gumbo, the Fried Pickles and Jack's Japs!!!! All good, cannot wait to go back and try some other new items!!

Unmatched Old World decor, a diverse wine cellar, and premier personal service are all complemented by our chef"s creative cuisine. Enjoy dining in one of our cozy booths or elegant tables with breathtaking views overlooking the Mississippi River.
We were downtown at Jamie's wine bar and she mentioned this is where we should eat. We were thinking we would just walk downtown for supper, but thought what the heck and decided to make a rez and drive to dinner. We were greeted by...MoreDear Dennis, thank you for sharing your Goldmoor experience, comments like yours reinforce our believes and passion and we are delighted that you came to visit. Great little breakfast (and lunch) place. Terrific food and friendly service.
One Sunday morning I had a hankerin' for pancakes, and remembered I'd forgotten to try this local place. The Yolk has a great rustic appeal both outside and in its dining room, with lots of whimsical decor and a big inviting room for breakfast or lunch. The menu has both creative and standard diner choices. The coffee tastes like diner coffee, and that's all this coffee fiend will say about that. I ordered two pancakes and scrambled eggs. My server was kind enough to point out that the pancakes are full plate size, and that one might just do the trick. Thanks for that helpful suggestion, dear! She was correct. The pancake, flavored with a little cinnamon, was delicious and filling. Eggs were OK. Service was not only friendly and quick, it was almost flirty. I probably could have gotten a neck massage along with my pancake. How unique is that? Seriously, though, very friendly service. I am sure to come back. My breakfast was about six dollars without tip. So, a good value, too.

This used to be Dually's. Our old favorites are still around but with the addition of new soon to be favorites.
This is a great place for lunch, they still have daily home made lunch specials along with great burgers and an awesome grilled chicken sandwich (with homemade chips).
Friday night fish fry is one of the best around. I recommend the haddock, nice crispy breading, served with baked potato and coleslaw.
The burgers are made with local beef. This is a tavern but, it is family friendly!!
