It is a restaurant that I can highly recommend. There are many local dishes. The menu of the local cuisine is with photos, so it is easy to order. It's a place where you should visit with someone speaking Japanese. I went there to try local delicacies but unfortunately I forgot to take the book with me and didn't remember the names of the dishes. mea culpa. So instead of trying taimeshi made of sea bream we ended up with quite average sashimi and tofu dishes.

The atmosphere was great, and the staff were really welcoming. Really New there food, helped us choose the most wonderful fresh fish and seafood. The squid melted in our mouth. The fried fish was cooked to perfection. All the tastes were exquisite. Our number 1 in Uwajima.
