Stopped in for a quick dinner since we were bushed after a day of driving. We had the Rib Eye dinner, and the Steak Salad. Both were very good and plentiful. Decent beer and wine selection. No room for dessert. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. No complaints. We would eat there again if we pass through again.

Catfish was excellent served with incredibly good hush puppies, and white beans plus 2 sides. My wife and I had the slaw, baked potato and okra. Everything was cooked to perfection. We stopped in on our 51st Anniversary and the service was fantastic. Our server, Kellie, made us feel right at home. She was friendly, fast, attentive and thoughtful. She brought us to go cups without us asking and served us awesome Blackberry Cobbler with Ice Cream. We will definitely be back!

Spent a relaxing time enjoying a couple of drinks and some great fries. Our server was delightful and full of informtion on the local area. We did not stay but live music is on the venue on certain nights as I understand. (they were setting up as we were leaving) Only a few beers and drinks available but the deck over the water makes up for it.

We had dinner with our family of 10. The bill was just at $99. Everyone ordered exactly what they wanted and everyone was happy with their meal. No one left hungry. The food was prepared very quickly. My only suggestion would be to be more attentive after the food is delivered to the table. We waited a little longer than was comfortable to get our to go boxes.

What might seem like a small café with a gift shop is actually a purveyor of Southern cured hams with a small place to have a sandwich and drink but BOY HOWDY, can we talk about those hams?? Salty, flavorful and so delish!! We ended up getting hocks, ham steaks, biscuit ham slices, bacon, peppered bacon and bean fixin's (because you're in the South and you have to say things like "fixin's"!!). I think we could have reassembled a pig with what we bought!! Friendly, knowledgeable service and very accommodating!! Most of their products are shelf stable (meaning no refrigeration needed) so you don't even need to ice things down on the way home!! So worth the stop!! (Well, we actually made have stopped here twice because the bacon is so good!!)

This restaurant is located at Eddy Creek Marina Resort and has views of the water. There is also outside seating if you prefer. They have typical choices including catfish and burgers with good food. Service was a little slow, but we weren't in a hurry. Prices were also reasonable.

Amazing!!!! Worth the stop! Rusty was our server and was fantastic! Quick and quality meal. Clean restaurant and great food presentation. Don't plan on counting calories...but it's worth it!!! Have the biscuits and gravy!

Similar to original establishment in Paducah, KY where the motif is dedicated to area fire fighters, law enforcement officers and medical responders and other emergency service personnel with uniforms, photos and memorabilia displayed on the walls.
Burgers are made on site from fresh ground beef and cooked individually for each order.... No assembly line operation here.
It takes a few minutes but the burgers are served deliciously juicy and hot.
Haven't tried their hot dogs or milkshakes yet but will be tempted on my next visit.

We search out Chinese buffets as we travel and came across China Buffet while looking for Subway. We were promptly greeted by the hostess and shown to a table by the window which allowed us to watch as many other diners came in. The buffet offers Hot and Sour Soup (very good), Egg Drop Soup, and Wonton Soup which was loaded with dumplings. The appetizers featured a wide selection including egg rolls, crab rangoons, corn nuggets, fried shrimp, chicken skewers, Chinese donuts, and chicken wings. You could also begin your meal with salad or sushi. They also had fried rice, steamed rice, low mein, and mei fun. Entrees included chicken with broccol, beef broccoli, onion shrimp, egg foo young, and honey chicken to mention a few. Apple pies and ice cream were available for dessert along with cookies, pudding, and cream puffs. It must be a great local restaurant judging by the number of workers who came here for lunch.
