Lovely location, great atmosphere and friendly staff. We ate here on a sunny Sunday evening and got an outside table immediately. We ordered 2 beers, nachos with guacamole to share and two tacos each. Total cost was £47 which was slightly cheaper than other places we'd eaten. The nachos were good and the portion size was adequate for two people to share with a beer. The tacos were delicious but quite small. At home two would have been served as a starter. On reflection this place would have been better for lunch but we enjoyed what we had and would definitely eat there again.

A lot of restaurants in Oslo offer you small tacos/burritos. But not at Freddy Fuego! You will be satisfied. The vegetarian tastes watery, and is not so tasteful. So that is disappointing. But if you eat meat, this is a place you should eat burritos at!

At the Codfather, we only use fresh high quality ingredients. The cod is of Norwegian origin from the west coast, it is line caught and hand filleted. We do not use frozen chips, we import the potatoes from the UK and produce our chips in house. All the c
I hesitate to say âbest fish and chips in Osloâ because Iâve only tried a handful of places, but itâs certainly the best Iâve had around the city, and certainly the most reasonably priced. The fish itself was absolutely perfect. I donât think Iâve had fresher cod before, but I did literally arrive as the owner was taking a shipment. It wasnât overly breaded, either, which can be an issue. The chips + tartar were also amazing.I also donât typically like mushy peas, but these were good!I agree with other commenters that this place would be difficult to visit in the wintertime unless you are a snowman. But if enough people go eat this guyâs food, maybe heâll get a bigger indoor dining room.Thank you very much for your positive comments. Like Norwegians say "there is no bad winter, there is bad clothing" and in the winter month we have outdoor fires where people can sit.

Poke is a Hawaiian dish consisting of marinated raw fish, cut into cubes, mixed with fresh fruits and vegetables over a filling base. With us you can choose between bases such as rice, whole grain rice or just salad. Poke is also called "surfers sashimi"
Healthy and delicious salads whether ordering off the menu or custom-made. We've been in Oslo for 2 days and already ate from Zawai 3 times. Each salad was great and decently priced. Highly recommended.

Positive: The location and atmosphere are great: good music, good decoration, nice plants.Neutral: The food is the normal standard you find in any Asian restaurant in Oslo.Negative: What bothered me the most was to see such hairy cook with a huge beard and imagine that it could fall hair on my food. The girl cooking next to him didn´t wear a cap either. The cooks talked all the time with one another as they were at home. Maybe that´s part of idea but it did not seem professional to me.They try to be hypsters but in my opinion it lacks hygiene.
