Sunset seaview bar and cafe specialising in indian food but allows customers to order food from an italian, sushi, indonesian, bbq pork and burger menu. Plus regular saturday night DJ dance nights. Takeaway and delivery service available.
We went there with our 2 children. Ordered sandwiches at around 12:30.1 hour later we were told there were no chicken salad sandwiches.10 minutes later we were told that there were no sandwiches at all. We then wanted to order pita bread, also on the menu. We were told there was no pita. We finally managed to order and have samosa served. This restaurant was an overall waste of time experience. The nice view does not compensate this.Dear PeterWe are so sorry for your bad experience. This was the first day of our daytime and multi menu service and there were some hiccups for sure which is completely our fault. We now have an enormous choice of foods not just indian food and its been a challenge but we are now all set. Please come back and allow us to offer you your chicken salad sandwiches on the house as we are really offering the widest choice of food in town including chinese, sushi, pizza, pasta, BBQ , indonesian and other dishes.i hope we have the chance to make up for our disappointing first day and first impression.

Favorite dishes from lunch were calamari and chicken satay. Even the fries were better than average. Service was prompt and friendly. Not everything on the menu is available, and there are some odd descriptions. (I suspect the "Burger Ice Cream" is an Ice cream sandwich!)

Went last night. Ordered Calamari a la Plancha (tasty) and a Greek Salad. Menu said Greek Salad has feta. Arrived with no feta. Asked for feta. Was given some minced feta that probably weighs no more than 40g. Asked the waiter why there was no feta and was given such little feta for a Greek Salad. Manager came and confronted us. Said this is the standard. Canât believe that a Greek Salad that says it has feta came with no feta. And Iâm told this is the standard. And there were croutons. Itâs not a Caesar Salad. They unwillingly took off 50% from the Greek Salad. Fish and Chips were ok. Small piece of battered fish. Ordered a grilled whole fish. But think Iâll be much better off eating grilled seafood from the market next door. What got me was the arrogance of the manager. By the way, there were 2-3 big rats scuttling across our feet a few times. Will not return. . Canât believe that a Greek Salad that says it has feta came with no feta. Located upon our picturesque ocean-view rooftop of Seaesta Hotel, you will find our restaurant. Serving for breakfast, lunch, sunset and dinner from 7am - 10pm. Enjoy Tapas Style culinary delights, inspired by regions of the Mediterranean, the Middle-East
Nice place, great staff, and friendly place and people. This place was really nice for chill when you have nothing to do in labuan Bajo. Enjoy at swimming pool and have some drinks. I always need my to refill my glass of ocean commotion..... Good for Indra and Mathil thanks for you guys.

This restaurant is located in the grounds of Spring Hill Bungalows, although it seems to be a separate business. We sampled delicious dishes such as spinach with shrimp paste and sautéed green beans. The Japanese pork loin was tender and juicy. Everything was refined and delicious. We were, however, a bit disappointed by the large amount of fried dishes, which narrowed down our selection quite a bit, since we dislike deep fried foods. One suggestion: why not add a dessert list? At least for fresh fruits or ice cream. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place in a very small village ! Lovely cosy and friendly cafe bar with a great house band playing covers and lots of Coldplay and reggae ! Simple tasty Indonesian food served well and quickly. One of a few places to eat if staying here - and very good value. Great evening.

We thought that it would be wise to book a table for evening in the place #2 in Labuan Bajo but it was empty at 7 p.m. We were the only customers! The food was okay but nothing special. Tempura was fried in a dough but not in the one with crumbles as it should be. The salad with salmon and tube was also OK. Unfortunately, no wine selection, only local Indonesian - either in a pack or by bottle (550.000 IDR).

Sari Rasa is a great way to learn about Indonesian (Javanese) warung food. Very simple menu of local favorites made with care from local ingredients and no MSG. And you donât have to be embarrassed by ignorance, the delightful owner loves to explain in his excellent English. If you already know then itâs just great local street food in a spotless environment.
