This place is very popular with tourists. It is in front of Lucas café which was empty. Despite Lucas had better reviews we opted for Ditos because there were so many people eating there....bad choice...nothing major, I just found it heavy and not very tasty. I had Chinese noodles and veggies. The noodles looked liked fried spaghetti and not even Asian noodles.
Silverin Resto and Silverin Hotel have different management, but I ordered it from my room so honestly I don't really know about situation inside the restaurant. But me and my family like their food. It's cheap but delicious. Good choice if you stayed in Silverin Hotel and hungry but too lazy to go outside.

It is a small, nondescript and cold room with several big tables. The food is quite expensive (30.000 for a Mie Goteng Telur) and not better than anywhere else. The western food we hoped to find (it was promised in a popular backpacker's guide book) was only one dish of Spaghetti with Tomato sauce. We didn't try, but I don't expect it to be any good. Recommendation: don't go there. There are many nicer places in Bajawa.
We invite you to celebrate everything life has to offer at Heaven's Door. Our bar and restaurant provides excellent space to accommodate any occasion with an amazing view. A buisness meeting, a casual hang out with friends, family dinner, lunch date, afte
The restaurant is good but not outstanding and the staff speak very poor English - sometimes difficult to make yourself understood. When we went for lunch, it turned out that there were only three things available! Maybe a separate lunch menu? Margherita cocktails were lethal and delicious and there is a really good band playing although this got a little loud one evening preventing conversation! Mexican decor great fun but a little out of place. The views from the dining room terrace were some of the best I have ever seen anywhere and these alone make staying here worthwhile!

Clean but disappointing. Dumplings are 6 of the 22 items on the menu, but none available tonight. The beer was cold, the air mineral was just plain Aqua, the omelette got fried, the meatballs with noodles arrived as a thin soup, the traffic noise annoying and the fried chicken demonstrates why Colonel Sanders added 11 secret herbs & spices. Satisfactory but over-rated compared with the meals we've had on Rote Island and around Maumere.

That restaurant was recommended by friends and our travel guide. Located on the second floor of a building, it promised to be a little away from the traffic below. Unfortunately, local traffic fumes and noise were unpleasant and deafening. The restaurant cannot help it, but, just be aware that you should just eat and go.The food is ok. We ordered sautéed veggies and pork satay with peanut sauce. I wasnât too enamoured with the sauce. There was not water at the sink when we wanted to wash our hands.Staff is very friendly.
We had a great time, on the first afternoon we drank Bintang and talked with Arno about our plans for the next day. He was really helpfull, explained us everything about where to go (by scooter) what to see and do. The next day we had dinner, food was really nice (we had tofu curry and special fried rice vegatarian). We would recommend this place!

Mr. Wilibrodus and his staff are very friendly and it was so nice to finally speak to a local in English; over a lovely lunch of tuna he was able to explain to us many interesting facts about the traditional culture. The restaurant is clean, has a good view onto the main road, and the food is really good. It was a relief to find Maibeth in the little town of Bajawa! We would definitely return!
