Meal was ok. Better than average and well cooked. The problem started when one of the owners - maybe the owner's wife - came in, sat with some friends and started smoking. Well, there was a big no smoking sign, but if this is the way they respect their customers it is their problem. Upon seeing her, other customers started smoking also, no matter that the sign was still there. My wife suffers from asthma and soon the air became very unpleasant for her but for me also. We rushed on paying and got out of there to breath the fresh air. I suppose that they put the no smoking sign just for legal reasons. Actually they don't give a damn about it. I don't even want to think how dinner would be in that closed space with all smokers around.

This restaurant is located at the centre of Alexandroupolis, between the main avenue(Dimocratias) and the Harbour.In this exact street there are 7 other places with the same charactheristic (the food is served in paper).The thing that makes "Agora" different is that it haves the famous chicken or pork skewer.Prices of course are as low as it gets and the atmosphere really casual.

A nice restaurant by a small square near the port, recently opened. Michalis, the owner, always with smile, offers delicious, simple and nicely served fish and meat dishes. We tried fresh fish (skatharia) deiciously grilled and other meze type dishes. Salomon with cream cheese was a pleasant suprise. The prices very reasonable and the staff very friendly. Definitely a place to visit and enjoy your meal in Alexandroupolis. Highly recommended to everyone.

Located in a Cute little village, this family restaurant provides an authentic Evros countryside experience. Best meat you can find in the area, especially the lamb, but all meat is really delicious and well cooked. Friendly atmosphere, non pretentious and very affordable prices
